Ever what the case, the remodel and look is very modern, up beat, clean, well stocked, bright and inviting. The selection is fantastic, there's a ton of variety, fresh food (for convenience store standards), lots of cold drinks (especially important in this hot hot hot temperature) and all sorts of other goodies.... plus fuel can't beat it. I do have to say, that upon walking in the store and there was a grim face behind the counter, she was near expressionless, I greeted her with a smile said how you doing today in my normally booming voice, received 0 back. Made my liquid selection, gathered my goodies and made my way to the counter where I was again greeted by an near expressionless attendant.... I take that back grim expressioned attendant. She rang up total, stated it and I paid using my car per norm.... she asked... receipt? I replied no thank you... may I have a sack? She snatches one from the dispenser shakes it put and hands it to me... i bag my own product and leave... i wish her a great day and turn to leave in the same silence i was greeted with.... hmmm. The size of them were amazing compared to chain places. Burger - HUGE and good. Fries - covered in cheese sauce, grilled onions, and bang bang sauce. Cooked to perfection and was super yummy! This box ALONE could feed 2-3 people easily. A1 Box: Chicken sandwhich was good! Not a huge fan of coleslaw (forgot to ask for it on the side) but even on the sandwich I didn't mind! Pickles were yummy on it as well. Seemed to be a potato bun possibly? Not 100% sure. Bun was on the sweet side but paired well with the hot chicken. Nashville tenders - best ones i've ever had. They were HUGE, seasoned well (not too heavy), and had the perfect level of spice! Fries - good! Bang Bang Sauce - VERY good! Seems homemade to me and the sauce containers were HUGE! Double the size other place give for sure. Drinks - I'm assuming the cups were 30oz and they seemed to be larger than other to go places. Had a self serve fountain drink section in the convenient store. Service: It was our first time in and they were very kind and gave us recommendations for things to try next time. Not sure how long it took, but super fast but not super slow either. Ambiance: It is located in a convenient store but the place was clean and well taken care of! Family run business !
