Medium sized mall with several different stores located inside. There is a food court but there's only maybe 4 different places to eat at. The mall is a bit dated but kept clean. Because there aren't a lot of places to shop in this area this mall is a necessity. No high end stores just your run of the mill mall stores. read more

Killeen Mall used to be my hangout spot on the weekend and for me, it has changed a lot since the 90's. I wish they would remodel this place or attempt to create another mall. This place has always been one story and small. This mall will never compare to malls in big cities which is ok since Killeen isn't Austin, Dallas or Houston. I just wish they would give this place a make over. The area is not visually attractive. With the convenience of online shopping, I am curious if enough money is pumped into this place to afford a renovation. This is one of the main shopping areas in Killeen along with the shops they created in Harker Heights. The mall also employs a lot of people living in Killeen. So that's a plus. They recently added a H&M store here. I like that they have Pandora and Earthbound Trading Company. Gap is no longer here. They don't have Aldo, Banana Republic or Express here. Dillard's and Sears are still here. I miss some of the stores and restaurants that used to be in here. This place just brings back so many memories. I went to get a pedicure and this guy had an attitude and really the 38$ I paid... wasn't worth it. No massage no rock's nothing!! I asked for a DELUXE PEDICURE and got basically a regular pedicure and paid 13$ more!!! Never will I EVER come back!! read more

Most people are surprised there is a mall in this area. Based on that expectation, this mall is pretty good. Pros Versatility. The combination of shopping options here is good. A little of the more expensive, and some bargain buyer options too. Also quite a bit of shopping for men rather than the typical mall catered specifically to women. Parking is always easy Food court is decent. Not the best I've experienced, but has some variety Workers here have been nice to me The place doesn't look too run down Sears JCPenny Dillard's and Burlington offer decent larger department store style options Love the children's play area Long story short, there would be a lot less options if this mall wasn't here Cons Obviously this place could be made over, it could have better stores and shops; but realistically, I've been to MANY areas with more people and traffic, that do not have a mall or have a much smaller mini mall. I will never take my family, my children, or our paychecks to the Killeen Mall again! It doesn't matter when you go, dopeheads are all around and the smell lingers throughout. The food court smells like weed and urine and all the decent places to eat are long gone. There are patrons walking around with weed vape pens so your kids get to smell that aroma everywhere. Security walks right next to them but allows indoor marijuana use apparently. All around a grungy place with little selection. This place is a really sad excuse for a mall but hey, what else do you expect in this area? It's a really popular place amongst teenagers because there really is nothing else to do in Killeen. That being said, expect to see teenagers trying to act hard to impress their friends throughout the mall. Their choice in stores are getting better though - I have to give them credit for that. They added an H&M a while ago and that has already proved to be a big improvement in comparison to all the stores they used to have. I feel like if they switched out the older stores that no one shops at anymore and got newer, more popular ones (such as a Forever21), this mall would have more sales as opposed to just being a place to walk around and kill time. The interior of this building has not changed since I've been visiting in 2005 which is really sad to say. Could use a huge upgrade - or even just get rid of the carpet that's in some places in the mall and stick with all tile? As much as I dislike it, I do stop here whenever I visit home because it really is the only thing to do in this area so you can't hate it forever. read more

Size: The size of the mall is small. Shops: The shops are decent. You have your department stores such as Dillards, Sears, Burlington and JCP. You also have Aeropostale, American Eagle, Gap, Foot Locker, Hot Topic, Pac Sun, Zales and other well known stores. There is one Texas gift store. Food: Your food choices are limited here. The food court has Wendy's, Subway, pizza, Chinese and gyros. There is also Coffee Beanery and 2 Pretzel places. Parking: There are tons of parking. I tend to park nears Sears or the Food Court. There's closer parking spaces if you park in the back of the mall near the Burlington entrance. Overall, this mall will do for now until I can get to a bigger mall. read more

When I lived in Killeen, this was my favorite hangout in middle and high school (2000-2006). It was a walk from my house, and my friends and myself would go hang out here during the summer and weekends. I remember spending hours in the Tilt Arcade and buying my video games from Game Stop. #405-3016: When you get to the Killeen Mall you cannot expect it to be a high end and huge mall such as Houston, San Antonio or Dallas (just to name the main cities of the state of Texas)... that means you won't get Apple, Coach or fancy smancy brands. However, there is a Dillard's, JcPenney, Buckle, Bed Bath & Beyond (just to name a few stores) a few nail salons, a hairdresser and a couple of options for youngsters who want to look cool... which means that all the young people in town elect this as their hanging out spot (especially during the weekend). I agree with most of the reviewers that the mall should get a restyling pronto, but I believe that the volume of business brought won't be enough to fund a renovation any time soon. Typical small town mall with the basic stores and some locally popular stores like Rainbow, CitiTrends (teenagers) and basic like Bath & Body Works, Aeropostale, Buckle, JC Penny... There hasn't been many additions since I last visited over 10 years ago!!! There is a BrowArt 23 but I was too afraid to try it although I frequent it where I lived last. It has basic stuff but no A&F, Michael Kors, Apple, Starbucks, Coach or any of what some would consider high end stores. The food court had minimal selections. I ate some Chinese food with msg because I needed some rice to make me nice. It was ehh. This place is ok. It's been around for a long time. Recently it changed management and the cost of rental went up - this left a lot of businesses leaving, cutting staff, or raising their prices. Not really a good situation in the recession. Do not plan to shop here after the week of Black Friday. This place is OVERRUN by last minute shoppers and their families. Food court has Subway, a wing place, chinese, japanese, an Italian/pizza place, a Wendy's, and a smoothie/ice cream shop. Throughout the mall though they also have an American Cookie and a pretzel shop too. There are too many cell accessory kiosks and the workers of the beauty supplies are aggressive. There are massage tables but who wants a massage laid out in the middle of the mall. Its not relaxing with all the kids and people around. The stores are in various stages of disrepair depending on how long the store has been there and how much traffic they have received. DEBs, American Eagle, Spencers, Kay Jewelers (there is a quad of jewelry stores but this is the only one I can name), Dillards, JC Penny's, Sears, Hallmark, Bath & Body Works, Burlington Coat Factory, a number of nail stores, and an eyebrow threading place. Not much to say, if you have been to one mall, you have been to all of them. Chain stores seem to have the same lay out and same stock. read more

For being a small Killeen Mall, it's really not that bad. I enjoy shopping at Dillard's, Bath and Body Works, American Eagle, and of course Burlington Coat Factory!!! This place is surely packed during the holidays... And if you need a place to get your eye brows done, this is the place to get your brows threaded. The ladies who works there are pretty good. If you don't like waiting, you probably need to stop by as soon as the place opens up or during the week days. The food court is good. This has got to be one of the strangest most confusing malls I've ever been in, Dillards is broken up in oh 10 different stores in different corners, unless you know this place DO NOT park and enter through Dillards, They have the usual mall stores, VS, AE, and a few anchor stores, Sears, Dillards ect, and a food court, along with the pesky kiosk vendors, some are chill others not so much, learn to say "I don't speak English" in a foreign language, walk fast, or just have a scowl on your face like me and they'll leave you alone. read more

This is a small and dated mall. There really isn't that many great stores. The food court is just meh (just basic stuff, nothing special). I mean if you really have nothing going on and are in the Killeen area it is a good place to kill time. Make sure you stay clear of this place on weekend nights (waaaay to many wanna be "gangsters" in there at that time). Going back as a person in their twenties... and coming from big cities... ha ha ... there seriously is not much to shop around here. Killeen mall is nothing too special. It has all the usual stores found in small stores. This mall is anchored by JC Penny's, Dillards & Sears. There are multiple shoe stores, men's stores & accessory places. There's even a small food court with Wendy's & a aunt Annie's pretzels!! read more

I wouldn't really call this a mall. Its a decent plaza my son and I went on a Sunday morning at 12:00pm. There is a hill that is awkwardly in a walk way. The store workers are very friendly and helpful, I love how much they appreciate service members. The security guards and cops walk around a lot its a lil over barring but it kind of makes a feeling of safe. read more

Not a bad mall. The only problem which I think is a big problem is the kiosk sales people in between the stores. They are extremely pushy and don't take no for an answer. I'm not a rude person and I will never be a rude person. But these people are extremely rude and do not listen. One woman insisted on straightening my hair after I told her I'm in a rush and uninterested and don't use heat on my hair and she proceeded to burn my hair to a crisp. And then was rude after she saw I still wasn't interested. Another time a woman insisted on putting lotion on my hands and after i told her i wouldn't be spending $120 on the product without consulting my husband, she was rude. I understand the struggle is real out there but have some consideration for people who are polite enough not to ignore you. Won't be going back to that mall.
