Marissa goes above and beyond! She does an excellent job making you feel comfortable immediately! I enjoy going not only for how incredible my skin feels after but because she feels like one of my best friends already! I scheduled a custom facial because I didn't know what I needed. She was quickly able to tell me which products would work for my skin, which facials would be beneficial and which ones wouldn't be. I also love that she had products available for purchase but wasn't pushy. I ended up buying a sunscreen she recommended solely because I felt she was not trying to get me to buy product but because it would make a difference! Went in today to see Marissa for a microdermabrasion/facial and had an AMAZING experience!!! Right off the bat, I was very impressed by her suite. The Juvinex Room is clean, inviting, and extremely relaxing. There's even a salt lamp that adds a wonderful ambience to the room. Marisa started by giving me instructions on how to get ready and left the room so I could have privacy to remove my shirt and get under the covers. She then cleansed my face and performed a thorough skin analysis to determine the best products for my skin's specific needs. The microdermabrasion procedure was relatively painless. Marissa knew exactly what settings and tools to use for each area of my face to achieve the best results possible. She even added a special enzyme mask to eliminate any remaining dead skin. After that, she performed the best facial massage! This was definitely the most relaxing part! I was practically asleep by the end! Then she applied toner and a soothing face mask and even massaged my arms and hands while the mask was on my face! I've had other facials and usually during this time, the esthetician just waits for the mask to do its thing, but Marissa definitely wants her clients to have the best experience possible! She finished the facial with a hydrating serum and SPF to protect my skin from the bright CA sun. My skin feels so much better!
