The owner is very personable, charismatic, and has a magnetic personality. Within 90 minutes the service was complete and my GF had a different glow. Another aspect of the interaction that I loved was the distance .5miles from my home & the location. Parking was very easy, this place doesn't have 100 people in the lobby, and it's extremely clean. We will continue to come to this location in the future and recommend anyone in the area to check her out!

We found a great Groupon for this spa that provided two hour-long treatments along with a yoga…read moreclass. I bought the Groupon for a couple, then called immediately to make the appointment. I was told that the Yoga class was no longer offered and I must have bought a very old Groupon. I told her I bought it 5 minutes earlier and asked to speak to the manager. Long story short, I had to leave THREE messages to be graced with a phone call back, and was told again that they no longer provide the Yoga class as part of the package. I feel the Groupon was misleading so beware if you see the same advertisement (I still see it posted on Groupon although I emailed them as a complaint). We stayed with the package although we could have gotten a refund from Groupon. The hotel is very nice, and we were able to use the pool and showers. The shower pipes made a terrible shaking screaming noise that went on forever...that I could hear over the hairdryer! Anyway - on to the massage and facial. Just Ok. Nothing really good or bad to say there. We waited in the quiet area and then had a couples massage that was nice, then split up for facials. With the Groupon, it is worth two hours of treatments, but they didn't wow me, and the front desk and management was not responsive. It def. is not worth full price since there is so much better in the area, but at half the cost, it is priced about right.

No amenities. no whirlpool, steam room.. nothing. The pool is in the parking lot. so again in your robe, walking through the lobby to go to the pool. The spa seems more of an after thought instead of part of the resort. If they do another groupon I will go, but if I had to pay full price I would be upset.

I'be been contemplating getting the lip blushing done for a C long time but have always been…read morenervous to do so. I thought it would be painful or that it wasn't as realistic as it seemed. I kept seeing Paolas posts and several girls I know having great experiences so I decided, what did I have to lose? I was a bit nervous getting there but Paola was SO sweet and reassuring. Her biggest focus was giving me understanding to how the whole procedure is done, what the proper care is and making sure the correct color for what I want plus what would also compliment me. She didn't rush me in any way and I'm so grateful. Now, the pain. I was suuuuper worried about it. But let me tell you! Idk what magic hands she has and what amazing products she invests in but I had no real pain! It was moreso just a bit uncomfortable at my Cupid's bow but she explained that prior. It's a very delicate spot for us so it was expected but even still it wasn't terrible. Throughout the whole time she'd make sure that I was never in pain. Overall I'm extremely happy I decided to take the leap and that it was with Paola. The amount of delicacy and true concern she shows is amazing. I was asking all these questions about seeing them online about discounts then they said oh just go online and spin the wheel so when I did that I got $20 off but it was just a bad energy like no one was really happy or welcoming and when this white guy came in after me they were all happy about him being there. They were like oh do you want some water but no one asked me if I want anything. They wanna ask me how I was doing. I will never come back and I don't recommend anyone coming back specifically if you have Melanin in your skin and then I received the call because she said that she saw the messages she was trying to not validate my feelings talking about she was there but she really wasn't there and she said that they had an emergency that's why the girls were acting that way no what does emergency have to do with me being treated right?
