Leading up to surgery I was in contact with Autumn the surgical coordinator and she really helped walk me through all of my pre-op and financial obligations so well. She was always easily accessible for any questions and I NEVER felt like I didn't have all of the information I needed at hand. I have friends going into surgeries without even meeting with their surgeon before the day of surgery just to touch base and that was not my experience at all. We met again two weeks before Surgery and went over in detail the pre-op, surgery, and recovery. It was by far my best experience with any plastic surgeon!
