With in a year I have had 2 cars from this dealership the first one was a 2015 Chevy Malibu had the car for a couple of months this is when the pandemic started I had just cleared my license up and I went to them after being referred by several family members and friends and at that time when I went it was the only decent car on the lot test drove it rode very nice about couple months later it's started over heating took I back to them because the car is still under warranty with the car lot I'm thinking I didn't have to pay anything to maybe a small deductible well I was wrong after make the payment on the car they wanted me to pay an additional $300.00 for the repair every since it been down hill after that the car never ran right so i return it thinking I was going to get a replacement for all the trouble it was giving me they told me I had to put another $1000 down payment plus I will not get credit from The car I was already paying for on top of that the remaining balance on the Malibu would be carried over the the new car so with my hands tied and I need a car plus at the because I live in homestead do and I was driving to Hallandale beach for work 100+ Miles a day some time working 7 days a week I needed a car this is when I acquired the 2015 Ford Fusion with some minor repairs to be made by the dealership and THE OWNER of splish splash coming to shake my hand and telling me it's a good car I'm good faith I got it this month had been the absolute worst the car has ran hot 5 times in One month two of witch on the same day ran hot on the way to take to get fixed at their recommended repair shop jay auto repair in cutler bay get it there make the repair to get a bill of $140 plus the car payment in order to get the car out of the shop then to get back in the express way going home for it to run hot AGAIN to have the same tow truck that picked up the car the last 3 time come and pick it up again to then take it to splish splash to have them make the repairs to get it back last week to then get to this Sunday on my way to church for it to break down yet again by homestead hospital getting on the turnpike then I called splish splash to let them know that the car broke down AGAIN a week later for them to tell me it's nothing that they could do I had to wait until Monday (today)for them to pick it up and get it to the shop to repair it again so I asked them HOW MANY TIMES DO SPLISH SPLASH HAVE TO REPAIR A CAR FOR THE SAME PROBLEM BEFORE SPLISH SPLASH DEEMS IT NON REPAIRABLE and will I get a replacement y'all can't seem to figure out what the problem is to then be told yet again I can return it and I would have to come up with another down payment with a carry over and no credit to what has already been paid AT THIS POINT I REALLY NEED HELP BECAUE IM TIRED OF DEALING WITH THIS SITUATION!!! read more

DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY WITH THIS PLACE i've bought my car not even a month ago in my car has broken down three times I understand it was a used car but I bought a used working car not a used car that works three days and then breaks down I did have a 30 day warranty thankfully but each time they took my car to work on it they never bring paperwork and then when I asked they act like they had a attitude about it the third time they fixed my car he dropped my car off doesn't even knock on the door and leaves my key in the mailbox then he (Ron)acts like he did me a favor for fixing the issues that should have never went wrong a few weeks into me getting my car they don't like to sign nothing or give you proof of work that they did just so they can screw you in the long run I've definitely learned my lesson but I'm trying to save the next person from the bs don't do it read more

Honest 5 star / excellent for me. Why? Despite these (only two) one star reviews, that has not been my truth and consistent experience. First of all many people do NOT understand how cars, especially used cars work. Period. You could get a brand new Cadillac or Honda and have multiple major issues right away the whole time (look into it) and you paid what? Like $50k even possible. These are refurbished higher mileage cars affordable for the local community - some only cost a few thousand! Worked on by normal human mechanics. I found and saw THROUGH YEARS that they do their best and are genuinely nice. Things go wrong. Especially with cars. Especially with used cars. Especially with cheap used cars. Driven and used severely by people. Splish Splash makes an effort to do right, some businesses do not. Some places have a bad reputation, Splish Splash does NOT. They are obviously not even aware of these 2 lone all caps emotion reviews, business is unclaimed and they are jamming with business. I would buy a car from them again!!! read more
