I just needed an oil change on my Porsche SUV and I didn't want to deal with the dealer, who isn't that close to me, anyway. I reached out to MasterClass and they were happy to take the car that day. Later in the day, I received a price quote that was very high for a standard inspection and oil change - 3 times what the dealer wanted to charge me. I messaged them back and told them that I would collect the car as the price was too high and they re-quoted it to just include a standard oil change/fluid top-up, no other diagnostics or inspections. That was more reasonable, but still slightly higher than the dealer. Despite the pricing, service and professionalism was excellent. The job was done very quickly and my car was washed and shining clean when I picked it up. Their advisors were extremely friendly and I received a nice hand-written note afterward. The facility seems clean enough to eat off the floor. I'll keep them at 5 stars despite the pricing because I know that they don't really specialize in basic oil changes. They're not trying to compete with the dealers or gas station down the street. Asking for an oil change here is like asking a heart surgeon to put a band-aid on your cut. Brought my Benz here when a cyclinder misfired as my warranty was supposedly be up. This mechanic in my opinion is real class as per its title Master Class. It specializes in luxury cars and you can tell by all the luxury vehicles out in front. The mechanic was real honest with my car situation. He had to replace all the coils and told me the price. When he replaced it there was still an issue stating there was some defect. He attempted to fix the issue for next day or two but would budge. Engine had a defect and he quoted a price range for replacement and also recommended to contact Mercedes as this was not a normal issue with a car but a defect. Rarely you get a honest mechanic and instead of just stating a price for replacement for engine he provided other options to help me with an extreme stressful situation. Here was my experience: Brought my Mercedes Benz c250 in for Service B. Less than one week later the car is running funny (vibrating on highway and making noises) and my boyfriend encourages me to go to Mercedes Benz. Upon going to Mercedes this is what I learn: Software is off and a pulley is broken (computer was not diagnosed at MasterClass and the pulley was given a clean bill of health by Masterclass). Service B per Mercedes required a break flush and MasterClass did not perform this. MasterClass suggested I do a transmission service per Mercedes guidelines (45,000 miles) for my car and quoted me $638. At Mercedes they inform me that my Transmission does not need to be serviced until 70,000 miles and quotes me $450. I left Mercedes paying $72 (new wiper blades) having my pulley and software update done under warranty in addition to learning that the $638 I was about to spend at MasterClass was actually not necessary. Hindsights 20/20 and with what I know now cutting corners by not going to Mercedes may cost you in the end. I'd encourage you to find a good Mercedes dealership (some are better than others) before going to Masterclass. On a positive note the customer service at MasterClass was great and they are very friendly. This included waiting for me before closing hence the 2 stars. read more

I had a very good experience with them in the past but unfortunate to see that their service standards have changed. I have stopped by to get a diagnosis on the engine light on my dashboard but i couldnt get someone to look at it. Only front desk told me i have to drop the car and pay $145 for diagnosis that is not deductible from the cost of repairs. This was not the case a year ago. Part of being a reliable business is to keep the standards and do not try to charge customers more when they are in need. I recently had a cut on the rear bumper of my Tesla Model 3, and my car was sent to MasterClass for repair. Originally, a new bumper was painted to almost perfection. The bumper color is pearl white, which is a very hard color to fully match without blending into other panels of the car. MasterClass did a terrific job with the new bumper, and matched it almost perfectly. They even went above, and offered to fix the original bumper and blend the cut section. The original bumper looked brand new. There is no way to tell anything had happened to it, and I ended up putting the original back on, rather than the new one. They even suggested some additional filters based on the mileage and all in a little over an hour. Still amazed at what these guys can do. I had what I thought was an obscure request. I wanted to modify my front end to look like the European-market version of my Mercedes. The basic difference is that the Euro-spec version deletes the sidemarker lamps. I found the Euro bumper strip on eBay, and had it shipped here. Ronald and his crew painted it, installed it, and tied off and hid the side markers without a hitch. My vehicle looks great and you'd think it was plucked off the roads of Germany itself (unless you look inside and see the US instrument cluster! - I'm not crazy enough to swap that!) even... Disappointed. My car started to run on 5 instead of 6 cylinders, so most likely a spark plug. My regular mercedes specialist where the Benz gets its usual maintanance and repairs is north of Miami so I thought to bring is to Masterclass for this small repair. estimate; $1400+ and 7.5 hours of work incl new oil/filter (both we done 6 weeks ago at my regular specialist so absolutely not necessary) and spark plugs AND gasket. Decided to get the car toed instead to my regular shop and it appeared that I only needed sparks, a new ignition coil and NO gasket. Total bill incl 2.5 hours of labor; $400.....so $400 vs $1400+.....needless to say I will stick to my regular Mercedes specialist (not a generic shop) and won't go back to Masterclass ever again. I really felt they wanted to take advantage of my situation. Sad but true! read more

He is detail oriented and when he says something's wrong, that's what it is. He will work it out until the problem is fixed.
