For quality of work, it has been 6 months since his installation and things work great! There are no problems and but because this installation was in my storage unit I'm not particularly picky about how things were done and cannot attest to anything regarding aesthetics. Its metal where metal should be. For value, he was the best price. We did have to increase the price after discovering that the scope of work would be more. But this is how things work. If you ask for a license, he'll give you someone else's number. Also we had Edward do work for us. My problem: Over the past few weeks, random lights around the house were flickering, the treadmill would slow on its own, and the space heaters would struggle and regain power. I changed out some of the 20 year old outlets but to no avail, the problem persiste. I don't personally know any electricians so I Yelped it. I called S&B Electric yesterday (Saturday) around 3pm. There was no answer and no VM. So I called Split Electric and Edward answered right away. I explained my problem and he had me call PG&E first to test the neutral line. PG&E came out and completed the test. My house was receiving ample electricity. Edward schedule an appointment for Wednesday and I was content except that my flickering lights got worse after the appointment was made. I called Edward back and asked him to move up the day.
