She told me someone would meet me there. I waited 10 minutes and nobody came. While waiting I saw multiple people walk in and get assistance. My purchase was only $50, I'm sure they don't care about lost business BUT it will be a long time before I return to an ACE location ANYWHERE! They have turned into Home Depot, plenty of people working but nobody taking care of business!

I got two rain ponchos one for me and one for the dude. Since he was injured I wanted to make sure it would be a really good one as I don't want him to slip and fall. Anywho, I arrived around the start of the morning when they opened and there was a decent amount of people inside. The workers were nice , very young and appeared to be goofing off mostly to the music that was playing...I don't blame them xD the music was I interesting couldn't help but to smile. Happy to see employees enjoying the job! It's refreshing. I did need assistance finding a few items as I am doing a patio remodeling job and got a few items for that as well. The garden center is LIFE it was pouring raining so I didn't have the time to check it out in-depth but I wanted to but next time. The store was clean, organized and had everything I needed. Overall, I would return ! Wish we had one in my hometown ! The rain coats did it's job and I currently still use it on rainy days when I'm at work! He rebuked my mother for nothing more than entering the store to make a purchase. He inappropriately questioned and accused them of entering the store as if they forced their way in through the security gate. He told them, "Who the hell do you think you are, coming into my store? You forced those doors open!" In reality, the door was unlocked, the security gate was open, and the lighted open sign was on. When my parents insisted they had done nothing of the sort, this employee continued to berate them. He was mistaken, and absolutely terrorized my poor mother instead of simply acknowledging his mistake. To add insult to injury, they weren't even the only customers or employees in the store! I was astounded upon hearing of this terrible experience from my family. This is no way to behave in front of customers, let alone speaking directly to them so disrespectfully and inappropriately. Especially to an older woman. One of the other employees had to apologize to my parents on behalf of this employee. Absolutely beyond inappropriate behavior from the employee, whose name is ADAM. I understand being concerned about security when operating a business on a busy thoroughfare, but it in no way justifies treating decent people so poorly. I'm concerned that as long as Adam works at Rockler in Concord, customers will be subjected to a painful experience. Beware.

But we'd had a small electrical fire and needed this cord so I got it. I was glad to return it to another, closer location and I made sure to tell my story to that employee. But these people are so busy worried about me, they are missing the methy nomads who are truly stealing from them! The truth is that the only reason I went in there at closing was because I was going next door to Whole Paycheck and I realized that they would be open longer. And no, not to steal but to buy something I needed. However, my husband had one at home we could use and I decided to take my money back from the racists. There is a separate building dedicated to grilling supplies and accessories. They have a large and wide selection of pellets, briquettes, wood chips and a mind-bending wall of seasonings. There is a good garden section in back with a modest selection of quality plants that you can trust.

Best .39 cents plus tax I've spent. I didn't realize this store closes at 8 pm. I appreciate his kindness and willingness to help me despite closing time. The crew together with Ron all stayed a few minutes behind for me (well past closing time) and I really appreciated that as I'm sure they all just wanted to get out of there and go home.
