The employee in the garden department was very…read morehelpful during the purchase process; however, the experience quickly deteriorated once we reached the register. The checkout employees took an unusually long time to process our order and provided inaccurate information. We were told that the fountain would be delivered and assembled, and we specifically emphasized that we needed it as soon as possible because we had an event scheduled for Saturday. We were also told that someone would call us with a delivery date. By Sunday, we still had not heard anything, so I called to check on the status of the order. I was placed on hold and never transferred. When I called again on Monday, I was told that a forklift had broken down and deliveries could not be made. I also learned that the notes on my order incorrectly stated that I wanted the fountain delivered by Saturday, when in reality I had clearly explained that I needed it delivered before Saturday. From that point on, I had to follow up daily through Wednesday just to get updates on my delivery. When the fountain was finally dropped off, I discovered that it would not be assembled as originally promised. To make matters worse, despite the delay, the display fountain had not even been cleaned before delivery. I understand that it was the last one available, but I would have expected it to be cleaned and presented in acceptable condition. Instead, I paid full price for a fountain that looks like something purchased secondhand on Facebook Marketplace--and honestly, I've seen items there in much better condition. Overall, the lack of communication, inaccurate information, repeated follow-up required on my part, and poor condition of the product made this a very disappointing experience.

I got two rain ponchos one for me and one for the dude. Since he was injured I wanted to make sure it would be a really good one as I don't want him to slip and fall. Anywho, I arrived around the start of the morning when they opened and there was a decent amount of people inside. The workers were nice , very young and appeared to be goofing off mostly to the music that was playing...I don't blame them xD the music was I interesting couldn't help but to smile. Happy to see employees enjoying the job! It's refreshing. I did need assistance finding a few items as I am doing a patio remodeling job and got a few items for that as well. The garden center is LIFE it was pouring raining so I didn't have the time to check it out in-depth but I wanted to but next time. The store was clean, organized and had everything I needed. Overall, I would return ! Wish we had one in my hometown ! The rain coats did it's job and I currently still use it on rainy days when I'm at work! You never know what you may here definitely some hidden treasures :D

So I called ahead of time and spoke to Chris and asked him if he could help me put the new blade on and he said absolutely so I dropped it off yesterday and picked it up today and not only did he replace my blade he spent time explaining to me how to replace it the next time. So, you can't actually look at anything, you have to call someone just to do that. This is a huge pet peeve and just irritates customers. I guess the problem is retail theft. This is not the solution. Find some other way. Invest in the store instead of just milking it with $29.99 wrenches. I probably won't shop there anymore because of this.

The cashiers are quick and efficient, and a new one shows up quickly when the line gets long so there's never a long wait. You can also order ahead and do "curbside" pickup. There is a separate building dedicated to grilling supplies and accessories. They have a large and wide selection of pellets, briquettes, wood chips and a mind-bending wall of seasonings. There is a good garden section in back with a modest selection of quality plants that you can trust.

I practically had to step IN FRONT on someone to ask for the last item I was looking for despite several folks in red vests. At checkout same cashier didn't ask for my phone number for Ace Rewards. When queried, she responded that the transaction was complete and offered a half hearted cancellation and rering. I did decline. I wish this was an anomaly but I was in this store with my son about two weeks ago to a similar response. The only competitive advantage that locally owned hardware stores have over big box stores and Amazon is service. I live in Hawaii (Oahu) and have a home in Phoenix --- Barry's Ace Hardware in Phoenix is amazing. I have already given up and defected to Home Depot in Hawaii for the same reasons as above.

Every time I am there I hear staff making recommendations of what they like to use in terms of products and how-to do something. That is important to me because if an employee isn't using their own products, what is the point? Second, they deal with some extremely rude people-I mean RUDE. I heard a man ask for help in plumbing and one of the female employees went to assist. He said you can't help because you don't know what you are talking about. She told him that she was not an expert but she could get him what he needed. He grunted at her and walked away. See, RUDE. Those employees are not experts at anything. They work in retail for what I assume is minimum wage. If they were experts they would be working in their expert fields. They offer as much assistance as they can. It is really silly to expect more. Third, they carry a lot of different products. Maybe not as much as Bill's Ace Hardware but they always offer to order what you need if they do not carry it in-house. Lastly, the cashiers are so nice! They welcome you when you come in, they smile at the counter, if they do not know about something they try to find out. Great! So, that is my review. I recommend you stop by and go shopping! I know I do REGULARLY!

When one employee finally acknowledged me, instead of greeting me or asking, "How can I help you?" she said, "What do you want?" in an annoyed tone, as if my presence had interrupted their conversation. It came across as rude and unprofessional. After that, I waited another 15-20 minutes before making a fourth attempt to get help. I was told, "If you can't find it, we probably don't have it." No one offered to check the inventory, look up the item, or help me locate it. After spending well over an hour trying to get assistance, I left feeling ignored and frustrated. This was some of the worst customer service I've experienced. I expect much better from Home Depot.

We walked in, the help desk was right by the door, I asked where the item was, they told us, we walked over and picked one up. We used self checkout and it took less then three minutes total to pick up our item and leave. The store felt clean, smelled nice, and the service was helpful and kind. All in all, I absolutely recommend this location of Lowe's, especially over the nearby Home Depot.
