My first Brazilian wax experience was interesting! Tracy was absolutely wonderful and extremely kind. She diverted my focus while she did her magic. It was painful but it was my first time. We even joked that there aren't many first time experiences that are really great! I am willing to return and give it another go! PSA: if you are going to bring your child, please don't allow them to randomly open doors while other customers are in the process of going bald eagle. Not cool! THEEEEE BEST IN THE BAY AREA HANDS DOWN! I get brazilians done since they first started trending in the early 2000's and I always tried different locations because I was never satisfied. Now let's move on to the services, I came in after not having my brows professionally waxed in probably two years, I had an okay shape, but they were definitely thinned out. In my initial visit I mentioned to her that I wanted to grow them out and she did an amazing job of listening and fulfilling my needs. Ever since I started getting my brows waxed with Teresa, I am constantly getting compliments. It has also made the process of filling in my brows so much easier and quicker since I have a better shape to follow. I also have uneven brows (ones a bit higher) and I don't know how she does it, but she makes them look even without changing the shape, true magician. If you want a great, friendly, attentive waxer, I definitely recommend her! Teresa is great at what she does, not only does get the shape perfect every time, its also quick and painless.
