Let me just say I loved my last girl but when I tell you Leonor is the best waxer ever! I mean the absolute best! If you're looking for a good experienced waxer who knows what she's doing then she is just the person for you! I literally feel so fresh and so clean after I leave my waxes with her. She is also a sugaring expert! Talk about getting every single hair! My underarms feel like they have had laser treatment! They also just relocated down stairs to a bigger studio that is so nice and cozy! I just love the clean tidy look of it! It's like a Fancy Chic type of feel. If your getting waxed you wanna feel like your at a clean spot so you can relax and get those well deserved treatments. It has been hard for me to find a place that does sugaring since I moved to the east bay, and to have The wax suite and beauty right here in San Leandro is just AWESOME! I've been going to Leonor for a year now in the city and I came to her new San Leandro office because she's not able to work out of the city and I really needed my wax. I was slightly lost when I got here because it was a bit dark at 7pm but I eventually found the building. It's upstairs in a building with iHear over the doorway. Her new office is so much nicer than the bluemercury locations because it's so spacious and nicely decorated. There is a huge sitting room that's well lit and smells wonderful. Leonor is amazing. Just look at her reviews for her other locations. She's funny, personable, and extremely professional and good at what she does. From my first wax to the latest, she always makes me feel comfortable doing such an awkward thing. There are proper Covid 19 protocols in place - she takes my temperature and spritz me with hand sanitizer. Masks are required. read more

Leonor has the most welcoming personality! It was my first time coming here, I found a great deal on Groupon, and my experience was nothing short I have comfortable and professional. It was my first time getting waxed in a very long time, and I was a bit nervous LOL I explained to her I haven't wax in a while and she talk to me through the whole process, making it as quick and pain-free as possible. I happened to drive by one day and seen the sign so I did my research and seen a few but positive reviews enough to convince me to give it a try and I'm not disappointed at all! I went to Leonor for a brazilian sugar wax and she is AMAZING at her job!!! I can't believe how much less painful it was. I avoid regular waxing like the plague because it is painful but I definitely recommend her sugar waxing for sure. I also felt really comfortable and that's important when you're having such a private service done. The space is very clean and decorated nice. i only came here because i had previously came and got a brazillian with yvonne, however it seems her schedule changed so i booked an appointment with Leonor. i arrived 10 minutes before my appointment and waited in the lobby. it was time for my appointment, i waited around 10 minutes, she didn't come out. i could literally hear her and her client having a long conversation about her clients personal life, ten minutes into the time im supposed to be getting serviced. i understand you're a waxer, people confide things in you, but you are also someone who gives a SERVICE. you should know how to steer a conversation and let them know, hey i have another customer waiting on me. if you have policies for customers not to come in late etc, why would it be fair to have me waiting around for you? to top it all off, i was marked as a no call no show. don't plan on coming back. read more
