I came here to get a haircut and I had to bring my 12 year old daughter with. Unfortunately something came up with her school, but she is completely responsible and I couldn't imagine it would be an issue with any reasonable provider. The receptionist was real quick to tell me she would be charging me in full and marking me as a no show even though "she totally agrees with me". So ridiculous! But to be honest, all of the stylist that I saw here looked like they could use a haircut themselves. Definitely not trending. If I had known the stylists here were so tacky and rude I wouldn't have booked the appointment in the first place. I had Cassidy do my hair and I haven't had my hair done in over 2 years. I went from an auburn copper color to a natural blonde. My 1 star experience is regarding 2 separate hair appts for ash blonde highlights and get rid of warm tones. The first was with their "blonde expert" Ruth. The second was someone less experienced. March 4: Ruth said my hair was not healthy enough for bleach blah blah blah. And all she can do was color my hair dark instead and then tone my old highlights. I came in wanting blonde and left with overall very dark hair, which, I'm like ok, I'll bite. $400 later, I wore that dark hair color for almost 2 months believing I had to, because my hair was not good enough for bleach. Spent more $ on Olaplex line to get my hair healthier until the next appt. I came back April 27th, where the second stylist basically consulted with the same "blonde expert" without even giving my hair a chance. She said Ruth told her about my damaged hair and she also didn't want to bleach it. Ruth was there that day but it's not like she walked over to even see if it got healthier so how does she know? (And Is she really an expert though? I mean if she can't take a challenge?) Anyways....I knew my hair was stronger now and could take bleach. Because I did a test strand at home! Twice! So then I basically begged for even just 10 foils of bleach on the top to take away some of the darkness I hated. She said my hair won't survive any bleaching. I go show me. She pulls a strand from the top to show me it will break off- well, it didn't. She looked almost surprised and disappointed that it didn't. She goes, ok I can add just the few foils on top and tone. I said fine. See the before and after photos below. I left with basically the same warm color all over! Where are the highlights?? I don't understand what is so difficult here. 1st appt took 4 hours $400. 2nd appt took 3 hours $250. That is $650 - my hair was still not blonde, but only more damaged and still warm toned. I was feeling so bummed. 11 days later, I decided to go to another salon. I told the stylist there I wanted ash blonde highlights. Alas! No hair snobs comments. Instead, he simply went to town with his little bleach bowl like a little blonde ninja with foils galore. He did give me after care advice later to minimize damage and that was it. 4.5 hours and only $320 later. Look at my before and after. Did my hair fall off? No. It is blonde w ash tones. I rest my case. Conclusion: Either their "blonde expert" isn't really? OR they just didn't want to do the work it took. Spoiled - How come another salon clearly had no problem getting the job done that two of your stylists failed to do. See the photos w caption. read more

My second time getting my lash lift and tint done with Lexi! She always does an amazing job and is very attentive to make sure I feel comfortable during the service. My lashes truly look amazing after she works her magic. The lift is done perfectly, there is never any lash that is out of place. She also takes a lot of value in keeping your lashes healthy. I get bored easy and have asked her to give me some drastic color differences, a super short hairstyle, and am dabbling with Brazilian Blowout and equivalent! I made an appointment for a 9am haircut. Got a call saying they cannot save that slot for me as it's my first time going in and they need a little more time for consultation. So I rescheduled the appointment for 1:30pm same day. I arrived 10 mins before the appt. Lacey came and got me... we went to the chair. She asks what I was wanting to get done today. I felt like I was yelling at her telling her what I wanted it was so loud. I showed her a picture of what I wanted. She thought it would look good so she took me to the hair wash station. Washed my hair for maybe two minutes. Took me back to the chair and proceeded to part my hair and start cutting. She didn't take long to cut. Once she was done cutting she asked how I wanted my hair styled. I went back and forth with curling it or flat ironing it.. I couldn't decide. We chose to curl it. So she blow dries my hair.. puts product in it and starts curling. She did not comb my hair through and check to see if any of the cuts were straight.. if there were pieces that were longer than others.. nothing. Even the way she curled my hair wasn't good. There were several spots where she missed the hair completely. I went ahead and paid for the service which was $75 and then I tipped because I thought that was the right thing to do even though I wasn't happy. When I got to my car I checked to see what time it was.... 1:50pm. I was so annoyed that it went so poorly and that I was told they needed more time yet my appointment was done and over with less than 30mins. I was pretty upset that I spent the money to not get what I wanted. I wouldn't recommend Lacey to anyone. read more

Awful customer service. They charged me half the cost of a service I never got, when I called after getting a text saying I was booked for the following day. I never authorized this charge and was never once told there would be a fee for a service I didn't confirm or receive!! (I Was calling around to find somewhere I could get in same day, they said they'd let me know. Then called and said I could get in the following day instead, and I told them I'd take that spot if I didn't find anywhere else. When I called and told them I was able to get in somewhere, they said they would still need to charge me for half the cost of the service!!). Absolutely was not told of this ahead of time!! I have never had such poor treatment without even a word from management to try to rectify such negligence. Here is an actual email they will not respond to: Dear Spoiled Management, I have been a client of your salon under your stylist, Ainsley, and I am unfortunately having to contact you due to a complete lack of fulfilled/promised expectations. I would request a phone call to address the negligence multiple members of your staff have exemplified at this point. (Up to the fact that I am having to write an email to get any response whatsoever from management). Here are photos of the poor return of what my hair usually looks like and your stylist failed to achieve after 3 visits (the example was done in one 3 hr visit). I would also like to mention my "dry" hair cut looks exactly like it sounds -jagged and hasty. She didn't even go as far to refine it after the wash and there is no justification for what I was charged and received after all my patience. (Again I sat for the third time for 4 hrs and no result). Furthermore, my issues began with a very demanding reschedule of my appointment only to be met with rudeness when I accommodated with only a 10min margin. Only to be met with that I "would get what [they] have time for." I feel this needs to be "escalated " as they said on the phone while ignoring my situation again. Thank you and I appreciate your prompt response. They are ignoring my calls to the salon and have made no effort to correct such unprofessional behavior. I had the most amazing experience with Kristin at Spoiled Salon! My husband surprised me with the appointment, and my daughter randomly chose Kristin, but it was a match made in heaven. She asked me all the right questions about my hair and what I like, asked for some inspiration pictures and came up with my perfect color. You can tell she loves to do hair, she's got such a great energy and tells you what she's doing next the whole time. She blended my roots perfectly and even spent extra time on some stubborn white hairs. I've been growing out my hair, so I didn't want much done, but she listened to my goals and had suggestions on how to achieve them. I trusted her completely and was thrilled with the result. I've been going here for almost 5 years now and I don't plan on leaving any time soon. I've always had trust issues with salons but I've truly never had an issue here. I've had times where I've needed emergency touch ups before trips, special events, etc and couldn't get in with my regular stylist but I knew I could always trust their recommendations for another stylist in their salon who could get me in. Every time I go in I always get a check in with that I came in to get done, a run down of how they're going to do it, a price quote and of course, a beverage of my choosing. They ask the questions I have before I even get to ask them. What's better than that? On top of that they kick ass with their services. My hair always looks and feels amazing at the end of my session and they're really great at educating you on how you can take care of your it at home and how to style it. Even though I had to call multiple times I finally got ahold of someone to tell me why my appointment (which the deposit was already paid for) cancelled. I had booked a root smudge, toner or glaze depending on stylist's preference and a haircut. I never do a full color melt or balayage on first appointment. I hadn't had my hair cut in a year so that wasn't great but it's just a haircut. I filled out the forms, provided my picture and inspiration pics. Than I found a notice over EMAIL that the Salon had cancelled my appointment with absolutely no reason or follow-up. When I finally did get ahold of someone they said they cancelled it because I need a consultation. I explained I'm on a time crunch and didn't have much time + I can tell you exactly what I need and typically do as maintenance (the info was provided to me by my last hairdresser on the East Coast). The appointment time was still available, they just wouldn't give it to me. You shouldn't let new clients book services on your online portal if you are just going to cancel it. I believe I even put in the form that email wasn't a good way to contact me (I'm not 100% sure). Also, someone needs to pick up your phone regularly, especially with these weird rules and cancellations. If the client is new just book them a few extra minutes for an in-person consultation right before their appointment and reserve the right to deny service if your clients vision and your stylists ability and/or time doesn't match up? read more

I'm visiting family from out of town and wanted to get a haircut. I was able to get an appointment same day which was nice. I scheduled online and was called shortly after stating there was a "$10 surcharge" for being a new customer to discuss my hair needs... My appoint was at 12pm and I wasn't taken back to the chair till 12:30. No apology or respect for the fact that the stylist was running behind. Had I shown up 30minutes late I would've been charged. The $10 charge for new customers is a scam. It took me 30seconds to explain my Hair and what kind of a cut I wanted. Take your money elsewhere...
