I have gone here since they 1st opened. I was a very good loyal customer. I began noticing my lashes only lasted 3 days and went weekly for fills! This was very costly for me. I have taken my business else where and can now go 3 full weeks before needing a fill. My new place can not believe the horrible job Annas' Salon did. clumps and over use of glue. They are only out for your money and could care less if you are satisfied or not. Edit: Anna: why must you lie? we both know, I gave MORE than enough cancel notice to you. At least I speak the truth! I came here because I had a Groupon and now Anna will be my go to!! It was my first time getting lash extensions and it was so relaxed during the whole process that I dozed off a few times. She has a nice set up and relaxing environment. I'm VERY happy with the 3D volume lashes I got (she added a few extra) and I'm going to do the Russian volume on my next touch up. If you're thinking about getting your lashes done you need to come to Anna's Beauty Spa because it is the best!! I've been coming here for over a year and have seen a few of the lash artists. They were all amazing! But my main lash artist is Amy and I LOVE HER! She's is so cute, friendly, funny, and amazing at what she does. I love coming here so much that I don't even care that I drive 45-60 minutes to see her because it is worth it. My best friend and I get our lashes done here by Amy and we get compliments all the time on our lashes. Everyone here is amazing though and I highly recommend getting your lashes done here. I went here in January and my lashes looked good upon leaving. Few days later I noticed how there was so many lashes clumped together and you could see all the glue on the other lashes. It causes so much irritation and discomfort on my eyelids. Now I have had eyelash extensions for three years never had this problem I use grande lash on top of and my lash gal back home always says how healthy my natural lashes are I have A LOT of natural lashes. NOT NOW! was visiting from out of town and this salon had great reviews. I went there to get it fixed and this other gal helped me. There was 6 eye lashes stuck together on each eye and about two to three more on each eye. She began PLUCKING my eye glasses. I asked her to stop and she didn't she said it was the only way to get them unclumped. I disputed the charge with my credit card, I reached out to the owner sent her photos of it and my concerns I heard NOTHING back. I went back to my lash girl is Arizona and she said she hasn't seen such a poor job before and my natural lashes were completely messed up. Most of them were broken in half, there are areas that are COMPLETELY bald with no lash hairs because she plucked them, used too much glue and also plucked the area with all the ones clumped together and I had to get them removed and now had to invest $80 to get a serum to help my lashes grow healthy again. I am appalled the owner didn't reach out to me for the first time when I texted her with photos and now they fought my credit card dispute. Unprofessional business and the lash artists are incompetent. I want a full refund! Update owner did ignore me she never responded to my texts! read more

I really liked Amber(her personality and welcoming is outstanding!!!).But the lashes Ive got is one of the worst jobs Ive had,I haven't been asked which shape Id like to have so I ended up with a "doll eye" which is ok I guess...I got classic at first and felt like I needed more,so I came back,in a week for hybrid.Final result wasn't what Ive expected but I thought Ill get used to it over a time.2 days passed and I just hate how uneven and disballanced they look.Ive asked saloon to take them off, out of charge, and received message with:"we are sorry but cost $40 to take them off"...Im not greedy(cause Ive been tipping every time)but I feel like business should be responsible for employees job. read more

I loved my experience at the spa. Jenny is so sweet. I'm 9 months pregnant so laying on the table for 2 hours was a little difficult, but she helped me move around a couple times putting pillows under my back and legs. Both Anna and her are super nice. However, tomorrow makes a week since I got them and a ton of my lashes have fallen out. I don't wear any makeup around my eyes , don't get my face wet in the shower, don't rub my eyes, and I sleep basically sitting up since I'm at the end of my pregnancy and have bad heartburn. Normally when I get my lashes done they stay on really well and it's actually a pain to get them off. So i'm pretty sure it's just the glue they use here that's the problem. DO NOT use services here, if you've had prior work. I am facing costly corrections due to their services. Color was gray/blue, almost black and definitely NOT brown immediately after peeling, not to mention varying color saturation. Microblading on top of tattoo is a big no no (I sadly heard after it was too late). I wish Anna had referred me elsewhere from the beginning...if this was not manageable for her. I also had imperfections I saw before I left but she essentially said "I don't see it," and it's been there since. I tried to sort it out personally with her numerous times but she refused to take another look. I've been disappointed and embarrassed as people notice everyday and say something. Now to removal as that's my true option after seeking 2 more consultations elsewhere. Lots of heartache and costs, later. I'm disappointed to say the least. read more

I went in last week to get a lash fill and it looked really really good after it was done while still in the shop but then I was sitting in my car, hadn't even left the parking lot and about 10 lashes fell out from just blinking, and I could clearly see multiple of my natural lashes that did not get an extension put on. After that they were as usual as any other lashes about 3-5 falling out a day but then today I had a cluster fall out and it looked as if there were 4 lashes glued to each other???? I only get the classics and if you look at the picture I posted you can clearly see that all of the lashes are suppose to be individuals but we're all glued together. The experience in the spa was quite nice but I went in for a lash fill and wasn't completely satisfied with the work compared to people that I've gone too before that do it in their own home and for half the price. UPDATE Omg!!!! So frustrated I just had a rip out an eyelash while studying because it was hurting so bad and no wonder why!!!!! Another 3 lashes all glued together on my 3 individual natural lashes but somehow they all got glued to each other and while one of my natural lashes was growing faster than the other 2 it was yanking them out of my eye and I couldn't stand it anymore and had to pull it out. The last 4 pictures I added are of this and if you zoom in you can clearly see ALL the eyelashes, the fake lashes all glued together and 3 of my natural ones, one thick natural lash, one small natural, and another baby natural lash that was just starting to grow. It seems like I've always had better luck finding someone on Facebook or Instagram that does lashes out of their house that do it better than any salon. read more

She only needed an hour to create this volume eyelash look while other locations did a less exceptional job and took closer to 3 hours! I recently moved to the area and needed to find a salon for my lash fill. I searched on here and then on IG and I found Anna's Beauty Spa and was attracted to the cute interior in the salon and the amazing job they do with volume lashes. I reached out and scheduled an appt, however, I needed to reschedule. They were really cool about it, as long as it is given ahead of advance, which is totally understandable. I was able to see them and when I got there, they were very aware of sanitation practices. Since I already had extensions from a previous salon, Jenny, was able to re-create the look I already had. They look so clean and cut, and I'm really impressed as I wasn't sure if I needed to pay extra because I already had some on. I was very impressed with them and already scheduled my fill. Updated Review 9/28/2017 Anna contacted me regarding my lash extension experience. She apologized and offer to do my lashes free of charge. I verified that the service would be with her and not Ana. I figured I had nothing to lose and agreed to the service. I went in for lashes on Tuesday, 9/26/17. The lashes turned out great. So much better than last time with Ana. I was so happy with them until the next day. The next day I woke up and my eyes were closed shut. My eyes were watery and red. My left eye was basically bloodshot. I thought my eyes were just irritated and that it will go away. As the day progress, it got worse. By noon there was yellow discharge. At 3 I texted Anna a picture. She adjusted her schedule so I could stop by after work to get them removed. Anna was sweet and I could tell she felt really bad. She said this has never happened to any of her clients. She said I might be getting sick and that's why I'm reacting to the glue, or maybe it's an allergic reaction. She decided to use tweezers to pick the lashes off because she was worried that the removal product might my eyes worse. I decided to go to urgent care after the lash removal. It turns out I had a bacterial infection aka PINK EYE. I can't say that the infection is from Anna's salon, but I've never had pink eye before. I've had to take time off work because I can't risk infecting the people I come into contact with at work. Also, my natural lashes have greatly suffered. There is a lot less of them. I don't think I will ever trust anyone with my lashes again. I feel bad writing this review because Anna was very sweet, and she really seemed to care about her clients. However, I don't ever want anyone to experience this. Absolute nightmare. --------------------------------------------------- I purchased a Groupon for classic lash extensions by Ana N. at Anna's Beauty Spa this summer. I had originally planned to get the extensions for my honeymoon but scheduling was a bit difficult because Ana N. was only available Fri. or Sat. at that time. I think she has more availability now. I finally made an appointment for Aug. 26th. I'm in a wedding on September 9th and the receptionist recommended I come in two weeks before the event to make sure I like the extensions, and then schedule a 2-week fill. On the day of my appointment, I showed up on time, and when I got there Ana was not there yet. She actually walked in as the lady at the front desk was calling her. My Groupon was for Classic lash extensions. I asked Ana if I could pay extra to upgrade to volume lashes. She told me it would be $50 more for Russian Volume extensions and $80 more for the 3-D extensions. I decided to go with the Russian extensions. I've had Classic extensions before and had wanted something more dramatic. She was nice during the procedure. However, she did get glue on my lower lashes. When she was done, I looked in the mirror and didn't really think my lashes had the Russian volume look. But I assumed I was being really picky. I wish I had spoken up at that time. I saw my sister afterwards and she told me my Russian volume extensions looked like classic extensions. I also saw my friends later that day and they were all surprised when I told them the lashes were Russian volume not classic extensions. I looked at pictures of Russian Volume extensions done at Anna's Beauty Spa on Instagram and noticed that the lashes in the picture were indeed more voluminous looking than mine. I decided I would bring this up with Ana N. at my 2 week fill. However, within a day of the lashes being on, I was having trouble blinking. I would experience a stinging sensation on my left eye. It also felt sore. I've had lash extensions in the past and never had this problem. I also noticed glue residue under my left eye in three different spots!! In addition to all this, the lashes were placed in a way that was uneven, some were clearly way above the others. I finally couldn't take it anymore and decided to get my extensions removed. I ended up going to the place my sister gets her lashes done at. The gal who took my lashes off said that the lashes were indeed Russian Volume lashes but the fans on the lashes were closed, so they did not give that voluminous look. She said the lash technician should have made sure to open them up. She also said that my eye was hurting because some of the lashes were applied directly to my skin. All in all, I will not be going back to Anna's Beauty Spa for eyelash extensions. I'm not sure if Ana N. just didn't care or if she doesn't really know how to put Volume extensions. Whatever it is, it was a complete waste of money. read more

Writing this review because I looked for reviews about the stylist I was scheduled with and I couldn't find any. SALON REVIEW: Clean and smelled fantastic when I walked in the door. I actually even mentioned how great it smelled. Very quaint little spa. Noisy though- I could hear people yelling at one of the locations next door almost the entire time. SERVICE REVIEW: Had a classic full set of lashes done last night by Catherine. I purchased a Groupon on Thursday evening 6/20, reached out to the spa via phone on Friday morning 6/21. The first call just rang and rang so I figured they were busy and I waited a while and called back. I was then asked to text the number with my information and I would get a call back shortly as the person was with a client- totally understandable as I wouldn't want my services interrupted either. However, I sent that text and never heard back. I text the number again on Sunday and kindly expressed my frustration. I received a very kind reply a few hours later explaining that they didn't receive my original text and that they tried to call back the number I called from (work) but they weren't able to get through to me as the number goes to the facility operators. They ended up offering me an appointment the next morning (Monday) that didn't work for me because I work the standard M-F 9-5 job. After explaining this I was offered and appointment Tuesday evening, which worked PERFECTLY! I was so happy to get in so quickly! I arrived at my appointment a few minutes early and was greeted by Catherine who was my lash stylist. She gave me the client intake form to fill out while she went and set up the room. We went back into the room and I got positioned on the table. She asked if I wanted a more natural look or a more dramatic look- based on previous experiences with lashes I opted for the more dramatic look. She didn't offer any specific length or curl options which the other salons I have been to have all done, nor did she tell me what she used when we were finished. Catherine got to work right away and was very gentle HOWEVER- there was no pre-cleaning of my lashes what-so-ever, which would have been a serious problem had I had outstanding mascara or other residue on them ( I've been getting lashes done for years so I came in having pre-cleaned myself). Catherine also did not talk at all once she got started. I'm not a person that like to talk the entire time but it does help the time pass a little quicker with some light conversation. Also the salon music turned off with about 30 minutes left in my service so she turned some music on with her phone, which I didn't mind at all, except for the music that was turned on was not my cup of tea and it would have been nice if I had been asked what I would like to listen to. The end result is great, although I do feel like there is a bit of bunching on the right side ( looks thicker than the left in some places). I sleep on my right side and I did put this on the questionnaire so I am thinking that maybe this is because of that. I realized when I got home though that I was not given a lash brush which was pretty frustrating as being a veteran lash wearer I know that you need to brush your lashes before bed and first thing when you wake up in the morning. She also did not go over lash care or maintenance with me which was fine because as I have said I have been doing this for years but she didn't even ask if I wanted to review. I lost ONE lash overnight- that was stuck on my cheek this morning when I woke up, which is GREAT! I have a two week follow up for a fill so we will see how it goes then. The only reason I did not give 5 stars here is because of not having been given a lash brush, not having been offered a review of lash aftercare and not having been told what lashes were used. Those things aside, I highly recommend you go see Catherine if you are looking for a lash stylist in the Vancouver/Camas area. read more

Before I found Anna's beauty spa I went to another local spa a couple times and the lashes all fell out after a week, so I was thrilled to have had a way better experience at Anna's. Called in for an appointment and thankfully they had one available the same day. The lady that worked on me was really friendly and the salon was cute and clean. I only got my lashes removed and was charged $40. Personally, I think that's way too much, normally I get my lashes removed for $20. I guess that's my fault for not checking their prices beforehand. The 5 star reviews are from eyelash extensions and other services but no reviews for eyebrow tinting, I now know why. The dye was above and under my eyebrow and I was directed to leave it on for 24 hours. It looked like I had lumpy and uneven eyebrows so I asked for her to remove it prior to me leaving but it had already stained all over my eyebrow area. I am sure other services are worth while but if you are looking for eyebrow wax or tinting, I wouldn't recommend. read more

The first time I came in I did a partial eyelash extension with classic lashes. A lot of the lashes fell off quickly the first time and I called back to request a fill in less than a week. After I explained that the lashes did not look as dramatic as I had hoped, the staff quickly offered to charge me the difference for a full set eyelash extension for the volume lashes. They were able to figure out the look I was going for and gave me an offer so that I didn't feel like I wasted so much money with the partial set. I feel like they have such excellent customer service! I have been doing my eyelash extensions there ever since. I see Ana every 2-3 weeks who works Fridays/Saturdays. She does such an amazing job. The lashes last very long and her work is quality. I don't need to put on hardly any make up at all and I get compliments all the time at work. I highly recommend this place. read more

I would absolutely recommend for eyelash extensions. I had eyelash extensions done for the first time here. My eyes were difficult to work with because they are deep set and were twitching a lot. Anna came in to save the day and was able to get some lashes on me! She was very professional and friendly. The next day I decided I wanted them a little more full and she got me in with no problem. She also did a great job educating me on the life cycle of lashes and how to properly care for them. I appreciated her ability to go above and beyond as far as customer service goes. I've been coming to Anna's for roughly four months now and she is amazing! She always tries to find times that work for her clients even if they're not her usual working hours. Contacting her is pretty hassle-free. You can email, text, or call her and she will get back to you that very same day or the next. She really takes her time on your lashes and honestly knows what she is talking about. Everything is always kept clean and tidy in her place and she is very professional with her business. Her new place looks fantastic as well. It's decorated in such a manner that is calm and relaxing, just like the music that she plays while you lay down, relax, and have her make your lashes look great. Everytime I've gone to Anna's beauty it's been a fantastic experience! Everyone that works there is SUPER friendly and VERY accommodating. My lashes always look just as I want them everytime I leave! They always have the volume I want and the perfect length and they feel super natural like they aren't even there! I was advised of a Groupon for this business and decided to give it a try. Anna was very nice and very informative. She took her time on my lash extensions, and the results showed just that. However, once it came time to pay for the service at the Groupon rate, the experience became very unpleasant and distasteful. Which is why I rated a 3 star. For that reason, I unfortunately won't be returning. As long as you pay full price for her lash service, I am pretty sure your experience will most likely be 5 stars across the board, because mines was up until the time to pay at the Groupon rate. However, I still decided to tip her VERY well. Update: I was contacted by the owners husband(the receptionist) a week after my initial appointment. He mentioned that he's sorry to contact me a week later, but seen my review and wanted to say thank you for the honesty and that they're sorry. He then said they are willing to offer a complimentary lash fill for an updated review(higher star rating). When he mentioned that, I told him that I'll think it through and if I decide to accept their offer then I'll contact them. However, I decided against it because they obviously care more for the review than they do of the customers experience. Because they're only offering to make it up for my bad experience for an updated review, that is a bribe. It would have been different if they offered it for my bad experience, and allowed me to update my review by my own judgement without them telling me to. I got my eyelash extensions done for the first time somewhere else and was not happy, I came to Anna and she really listened to what I wanted and made it happen!
