Since we were out of state, they took photos of the completed job and were respectful of our property. The second time was today. We had a strange situation going on with our sprinkler system and how it connected to our back faucet. Joe and Eamon (sp?) came and took out the strangeness, gave us a new faucet and integrated it into the sprinkler system. They worked well together and both were very personable and knowledgeable. That was ridiculous, toilets seldom go "bad", it is the fill and dump valves that need to be replaced. I fixed the flapper valve assembly myself for about $12. I hate to say this but it appears that there is something going on in the plumbing repair business where they are charging extremely high prices.
