4/14/2019 I tried to press charges against my neighbors for residential burglary, criminal computer trespass and malicious harassment with the Spokane police a few days ago. Sadly the journal entries describing what I tried to report were deleted by 3rd parties, but I will recap in a bit. When I first moved here I put a new deadbolt on the front door and a new doorknob with a matching key on the back door. I came home day to the usual yells and insults with them laughing at me and saw they had switched the doorknobs so they could sneak in with an old key. I left it that way hoping to catch them in the act. What happened when I finally tried to press charges was 3 psychocops came to my house and insulted me. Laughed that I had saved hair samples from the burglaries. One of them even said "these people did not break into your house to leave you hair samples Mr. Harris" and insulted me about having a Geiger counter then pulled the mental illness card. The next day 2 more cops and 2 social workers showed up to give me the you need to go to the hospital and be observed scam and even had an ambulance out front to haul me off for psychiatric hospitalization because I tried to report that my house was being burglarized, my neighbors did it and stole all of my computer passwords, trashed all of my accounts and stood outside and bragged and yelled about it while making multiple rape threats. I deftly sidestepped their attempted bums rush. The typical scam, you don't understand how our meddling in your private affairs is for your own good because you need help. They even had an ambulance ready out front to cart me off to Meridian Behavioral Health Center. They gave me the usual high pressure, used car salesman tactics they always do while trying to coerce me into false imprisonment under the guise of psychiatric observation. Never mind I just spent a month in the ICU for heart failure. Not one of those doctors thought of me as a mentally ill person. Those social workers know that the psycheward gets about $3000 per day they keep someone for "observation". Typical scam. Call me crazy with the criminal acts committed against me by organized crime. Right now some of the same neighbors have a petition filed against them by a bunch of other neighbors including the volunteers with the police to have them moved out for drug dealing and they had a whorehouse camper in the alley out back. Yet my attempt to press at least 3 different felony charges against them was met with the same old scam. Before the heart attack they started to harass me about Steve Peper, the meth dealer I got arrested already written in this book. The woman who owns the house across the street screamed at me "we rape people that's what we do" Her daughter and her friend were doing the same thing and also screamed at me "we all do meth over here so WTF?" They spent all summer going outside and yelling do meth which I filmed and started saying Steven Peper spray whenever they saw me. I put cameras in the window and a microphone outside and I have them recorded outside bragging about how they stole all of my passwords, One conversation was a female saying "I don't mind stalking him, but the sh!tlist with all the license plates yeah, yeah, you see I don't mind stalking him, but the shtlist with all the license plates, I'm done with it I mangled it." The sh!tlist is the list of serial stalker plates in my computer. Next some guy asks "does anyone know if he's still on his computer still? The same female says I'm in his Paypal account right now and the guy says I need $500 and she replies he almost $500 in it right now. I had about $450 at the time. Then she starts yelling we have all your passwords by the way. They went into every one of my accounts and screwed off in them. I had to delete my Facebook. They went into my e-mails, Ebay, bank accounts. You name it they hacked them and stood outside bragging about it. They liked to yell about phone conversations I had back at me so I know they put a spyware download in my cellphone. They were stealing my weed. Filled my copper still coil with some blue liquid, dumped it in my sauce pans and in my wine brewing buckets spilling some on the lids. I saved a sample from the top of my stove and one of the several different hair samples was on the curtains behind my stove from when they climbed on it. I found a gray pubic hair on the tip of my Carmex. They did something to foul my toothbrush, snooped through everything.
