I was very happy with the kind and helpful service at this bike store. The store is an open space with a very clean and inviting layout. Different bike styles brands makes and models are neatly presented throughout the footprint. I have a friend with a disabled daughter who wants to learn to ride a bike. He did some research online and found the task a bit daunting. The special needs teacher at school recommended a certain brand of pedal less bike so we went looking. We spoke with Chris at the shop. I can't speak more highly of this guy, he could be a special needs teacher who works in a bike shop. The store actually sells some of these bikes but Chris gave us the option of taking off the pedals and drivetrain of one of the regular store bikes so if she did learn to ride, an entirely new bike with pedals wouldn't have to be bought at a later date. My buddy's wife wasn't confident the child was motivated enough to learn so Chris came up with another idea. He measured the right size of bike for the job and said "if you have an old bike of Xyz size, we can check it for safety, tune it and also remove the running gear". That's exactly what we did. So according to the website for this company,it states that they will service ANY manufacturer of bicycle. On three different attempts to get service on a bicycle,I was told first that "they don't service that kind of bicycle". Second I was told that they could not service my bicycle because it was a department store bicycle. Third time I was refused service do to it being a "lower end" bicycle. So in conclusion...this shop needs to pull the stick out of it's ass and rename it to "JOKELIFE". read more

Great experience. Knowledgeable staff. Despite the bicycle shortage due to COVID, they had quite a few bikes in stock. They were out of the hybrid/street/conventional bikes but said they should be getting more in within the month. read more

Wow, it's sad that I go in to have my tires inflated and walk away having spent $35 First he tells me a tube replacement is $8, then he sells me a second tube replacement which I don't need but I say "fine" because they're a small bike shop. So 5 minutes later I go to pay my bill and it's $35 because they charged an additional $8 in labor per tube. The whole job took 5 minutes which means I paid $96 an hour. Additionally, they thought it was so funny that they found a cobweb on my bike that they decided to take pictures post it on social media and laugh at me. Will never go back!!! My go to bike shop. Justin and Brian always very helpful and generous with their time and knowledge. I bought my road bike and my sons latest bike there. We looked at the bike three times before he was sure, and each time and test ride they were super patient and helpful. Always a quick turn around on service and maintenance. Went to there Perrysburg location to purchase a triathlon singlet. Had looked at there website the previous evening. Showed they had dozens of different singlets for men and all in stock in the store. Went to the store to discover that they did not have one single singlet. I was told " Oh our website has been screwed up since 2013" Seriously? Your company is that lazy that you do not correct the problem? And if you have a customer come in you do not have the sense to offer to order one for them? Never again will I go there. read more
