Very small selection. Not sure what qualifies them as only 2 $ because all of their bikes appeared to be over $300. Maybe the prices are due to demand? I'm not a bike expert so maybe they only sell high end bikes. The experience was uncomfortable because though there was a sign outside saying something about a line (COVID), there wasn't anyone else waiting. Nothing stated to wait outside until someone comes to get you. Then when she gets us, she asked basically what we needed. We said we wanted to browse. She asked which bikes we wanted to look at. We said we didn't know and asked if browsing was aloud. She said it was awkwardly. So we walk in, start looking at bikes and she hovers around us. Ten year old Trek dropped off for tune up. Picked up two days later and bike is like brand new. Work was done quickly and efficiently. Expected to have hard sell for replacement parts but only explanation of how the bike was in such good condition. Looking for new bike for grandson soon. Reggie's will be my first stop. read more

My family has been buying bikes from Reggie's for as long as I can remember. Subsequently, I have purchased every bike and biking-related product from Reggie's since I've been on my own. Reggie's has a great selection of bikes from higher end road bikes down to "cute" cruising bikes for grandma and grandpa to enjoy a Sunday night ride. Bikes are pretty competitively priced--at least compared to bike stores in Ann Arbor and generally you can manage to get a pretty good deal. The staff is pretty helpful and knows alot about the products they sell. Hands down the best place to buy a bike in the area. It's definitely worth the drive for me from Ann Arbor. read more

I was not happy at all! I understand the social distancing order but the staff was extremely rude. I walked up to a sign that said STOP wait on employee to enter. I waited a few minutes then knocked and slightly opened the door to hear an employee yell at me to SHUT THE DOOR!! So I waited then a customer came out and rolled his eyes in disbelief of the staff. Then an employee said "What do you want?" Me, "A bike" Employee "What Kind?" Me "Can I go in and look?" Employee "I guess" She took me in and was not helpful at all. VERY RUDE PLACE! After shopping online and elsewhere for several weeks, I ended up buying a Trek bike at Reggies. I found the sales staff helpful but not pushy, Once I wrapped my head around what a modern quality bike costs, I think I spent my money well by not buying a cheapo bike I wouldn't be happy with. Reggies just sent me an email that Im due for a free 30 day inspection where they adjust gears and check everything out. I would definitely recommend Reggies if you're in the market for a new bike. read more

I've been buying bikes from Regies for 15+ years and they gave always been help full and priced fair.

First off, I live full time in Arizona so Reggie's is not my normal go to bike shop. I wish that they'd open up a southern store in Arizona as they are the type of shop that I'd frequent on a regular basis. My son lives in Monroe, MI and drives past numerous bicycle stores to do all of his business here. Since I know how picky he is about his bikes, that was enough of a recommendation for me. I contacted the shop from AZ about getting a set of wheels for my mid 90's bmx cruiser. Kraig, the owner, took time out of his hectic schedule to respond personally to my inquiries. He asked all of the right questions and also supplied all of the right answers. He never pushed me into anything that I didn't need. I'm now in Monroe visiting my son so I drove down to Reggie's to thank Kraig for his help and to also buy a new helmet. I received great help and advice from Noelle and Kraig's dad in selecting a new bmx helmet. Guess what? My wheels were ready to go, so double bonus! I felt like a 67 year old kid on Christmas morning. The wheels look great and the helmet is a perfect fit. Big thanks to all including my son who surprised me by paying for the wheels. read more

Look my friend and I came in to buy tubes and tires and someone sells us the wrong tires(guy in the orange shirt). We try to get those tires on the rim in 95 deg heat no luck. We go bac with rims, tubes and tires. The guys in the shop knew right away we had the wrong tires. They got the right tires and even put them on the rims for us. These guys were a Blast to do business with and if I still lived in Toledo would go no where else! Wow. Talk about customer service. I live in San Diego and was trying to find a particular bike and the only stores that had it in stock were in other parts of the country and would not ship it even though I was willing to pay extra. Finally I stumbled onto Reggie's Bikes on the web that had my bike in stock. Without a hitch, their awesome employee Jim agreed to ship it and for a fair price. My bike should be here in a few weeks (I am opting for economy freight). I could not be happier with these guys. If you live in the area, or want something on their website, give them your business. I've never gotten a really good vibe from Reggie's for the handful of times I went in. The staff is rude and not at all warm and friendly. I took in my hybrid to get a bike basket installed for my then-puppy. There happened to be a wire that went from my handlebars to the front brake. The "mechanic" insisted that the wire had to go through a hole (which was clearly for a screw) in the accessory. Exasperated, he further stated that since he had to take the bike apart to accomplish this, that the job would cost a lot. I tried to tell the kid that the hole in the accessary was for a screw, and not meant for the wire but he brushed it off. I picked up my bike not too long after and as promised, the kid had improvised his fantasy assembly. IT DIDN'T EVEN WORK. My husband ended up having to break off the plastic piece that this guy fed the wire through. The basket was finally assembled in the comfort of my own home with the use of duct tape. I could not believe the rudeness of this staff member and the service received. For the price of labor I'd expect the staff to be more knowledgable than they exhibited. read more

After stopping at bikeworks and leaving with a bad taste in my mouth I knew of reggies, and figured I'd stop in there with my invention idea in tow. Absolutly fabulous reception, and knew their products. I explained some of my invention idea to the person working on the bikes in the back, and he had answers for every question I asked. Great attitude and wonderful recomendations. The lady that works there could use some re-training in the smile department. The store was well organized and clean. If anything they could use a bigger building. Other than that I would recomend them. They listen. read more
