This is by far the worst shop I've ever gone to. He "diagnosed" the issue and threw in the parts to "fix it" which didn't actually fix it. Then they burnt up a brand new starter that I had put in previous to going to High desert and charged me for a new one. I was getting updates weekly on what the next move would be until I didn't.... James eventually stopped updating and ultimately stopped working on my truck because he couldn't figure out the issue. I ended up having to call weekly and get beat around the bush answers. The last update I got was in may and that's probably the last time he worked on my truck. I finally had enough and went to pick up my truck and get it out of this POS shop because as of today it was in there for almost 6 months and hasn't been fixed and I was forced to pay $3075 for a still broken truck because James couldn't man up and just tell me he couldn't fix it but instead just kept throwing parts at it hoping for it to work.
