Which was fine, but we got a call from an older gentleman sooner to let us know that he will be meeting us in about 35-40 minutes and he was on time. He was pleasant and conversant while he was changing my daughter's tire and had the tools to take the lug nuts off. In addition, he patched my daughter's tire as well! Saved us a lot of money by not having to buy 4 new tires for an all wheel drive car. Also big shout out to Nile whose unusual rep for repairs, he's super communicative with where they're at. The shop also has a couple loaner vehicles which came in clutch when I had to get my timing chain fixed. I was able to still get to and from work. The staff here is super nice and I feel like they care for my car as if it's their own. On my last repair they asked if they could hold onto my car for another day cause they weren't satisfied with where they got it and wanted to double back and tweak a couple things to hopefully give my car back in as best condition as possible.(this wasn't any extra cost). I also love doing my oil changes here, they check a bunch of other areas of your car while they do the oil change and give you a rundown of recommended fixes. Also if not they have never pressured me on any fixes which eases my mind. Pressure sales in the auto industry feel fake and dishonest to me. Also, they give your car a quick wipe down of the consoles and vacuum as long as your car isn't full of stuff. It feels nice to get your car back a little cleaner than you gave it to them.

I took my F150 in to have the spark plugs and wires replaced, I took it in sometime in January I…read morebelieve, My truck had about 192,000 miles on it, as I only drive about 4,000 to 5,000 miles a year, right now it has 195,462 miles on it. They spent two hours on it, 4.2 ltr 6 cyl, it should have taken less than a hour. I filled it up afterwards to check how much my milage improved as it was about 2019 when I had my last tune up, I got 10.3 MPG, was getting about 14.5 around town before I took it to them. It took me some time to take it back because my part-time job was a on-call job. When I went in to tell them it was worse, they made me a appointment 3 weeks out. I declined saying I would take it somewhere else, it took until the first of this month (August) to have time to take it into Goldtech Auto in Reno. They pulled the pugs and wires, The plugs had about 40K on them, completely worn out with huge gaps and the wires were mismatched with two different brand names. They did not replace the plugs and threw on wires they had in the shop, I paid $95.40 for a new wire set and $49.20 for new plugs, plus $165.00 labor plus taxes. Not only did they totally rip me off for $327.75, it cost me time, more money to have it done by professionals and about $200 extra in gas. I know I won't get my money back, one of life's lessons I guess, never take your vehicle to a people who have no idea how to do a tune up.

It was impossible for me to avoid and it damaged my metal skid plate under my car making it impossible to drive or remove myself. Stranded on the side of the Highway shooken up dealing with my roadside insurance for a long time they decided they were going send a company that was 1.5 hours away and they were going to have to tow it to their yard for the night no exceptions. They also said they couldn't try to help with removing the skid plate. I wasn't planning on going to Reno or getting a hotel and the thought of having to then get it towed to a repair shop the next day while trying to get home was a nightmare. After spending almost 2 hours stranded I gave up and called Fallon towing. Within 20 minutes a truck was there to help. He lifted it up, took the skid plate off, checked my car and my daughter and I were able to continue on our roadtrip for a very reasonable price. However, that wasn't it. The driver followed us to town to make sure there weren't anymore problems and that we were safe. Thank you again Fallon Towing, I appreciated your service more than you can imagine and will never forget. I signed up for yelp just so I could share my experience with anyone looking for tow.
