Jake was clear on fee structure and costs along the way. Sunshine also performed a pretty thorough general inspection and found a few additional things that needed to be addressed. The choice of what to do or not do was completely mine. There was absolutely NO pressure to approve the other suggested services. They sent a text with pictures of what they found and explained anything/everything I asked about. Again, very much appreciated! I ended up needing new lower front rocker arms & bushings. They also performed an alignment (due to rocker arm replacement) oil change, tire balance & rotation and replaced the engine filter. I could see it was needed based on photos sent via the text. Jake found a replacement kit that included arms and bushings which saved me some money. Yay They also found the tires had been rotated improperly for an AWD. They checked tread wear and put tires in correct position to help them wear more evenly. I am completely satisfied with all levels of service received. Thank you so much Jake and Sunshine.

I paid $1590 for them. After many weeks Cindy was finally able to get through to Yamaha due to her stating she was entering something wrong on Yamahas warranty site. She called me today and told me that Yamaha only authorized to pay me $609.00 die to the technicians (which were her husband and son) did not complete the proper paperwork. I then began to get upset and state that because of their mistake I am out $900 and she said they were too. I asked how and she stated had to pay me the $609 and that Yamaha was giving them an account credit. I'm confused at this point and keep talking as I'm pretty frustrated at this point. So the Cindy does something strange and states she will pay me the entire amount of $1500. She stated she would put the check in the mail. I then called her back to see If I could come by and grab the check, I was out on hold at that time. Ci day then came back and stated that she talked to her husband and they can only pay me the $609. This was after she told me she was going to pay out the entire amount. This is no way to do business or treat your customers. They did the wrong thing as an authorized dealer and I am the one who is paying. She tried to tell me they werent getting reimbursed and they were losing money But then told me Yamaha was giving them a credit. I feel that they are stealing g my $900 and are lying g about the entire thing.

My husband is pretty handy but after several attempts and not getting it to work we decided to pursue a repair service. We specifically chose a mobile repair because nobody wants to hook their trailer up and tow it down to the repair shop. I called several mobile RV repair businesses and Rick was not only the most responsive, but he tried to problem solve the issue with me on the phone before he even came out. When that didn't work we scheduled a time for him to come to the house. I also chose Rick because he could get out to the house within a reasonable amount of time (I think it was 1-2 weeks). Several others told me they didn't have availability for 4+ weeks! Rick also had competitive and fair prices for his service. Once Rick was out here he let my husband support the repair and learn more about the RV, talking him through what he was checking and teaching him along the way. He genuinely cared that my husband learned more about what he was doing. I think that's a huge testament to quality repair workers. Rick solved the fridge mystery, fixed our RV fridge, and we can now use it on propane, the generator, and a home plug-in! We even tested it out on a week long trip and had no problems! He was very responsive throughout the process, promptly returning my calls and answering my questions. He was able to schedule us for Saturday afternoon, which was critical since we were supposed to head home that day. Another shop didn't have availability until Monday and the other high rated mobile mechanic was out of town. Because of storm-related commute issues earlier in the week, Jim ended up arriving around 4pm instead of noon. Totally understandable given the conditions. He worked outside in freezing weather and never complained once. Jim was incredibly friendly and easy to talk to. He was great with my wife, my son, and even let our dogs jump on him and give him kisses. Despite the tough conditions, he got the job done and got us safely back on the road with a solid new CV axle so we could make it home as planned. I'd hire Jim again in a heartbeat.
