I called to make an appointment for fluid exchanges as my car is nearing 90,000 miles. Before they scheduled the fluid exchanges I requested, they offered to do research to look into my specific make, model, and year to ensure that the items I was asking for would be due and pertinent. They called back within 10 minutes, gave me the research the found, and suggested a transmission exchange service and brake fluid exchange. I dropped my car the morning of my appointment and they were done before 2:00. This is the first car shop I've been to that doesn't smell of oil and tires. And the men behind the counter were dressed nicely in button down shirts with ties. They explained what the services would entail and what they should help with. And boy did my car sound and drive better than she has in a while! I recently went online to schedule an oil change and it was the easiest scheduling platform I've used. I even was able to get the day I wanted! Thank you for your exceptional service, care, clarity, and honesty. See you all soon for my oil change!

When we returned, they blamed "faulty calipers" -- the same calipers they had installed -- and refused any partial refund, stating they "DON'T DO REFUNDS." What reputable shop refuses refunds for unsafe, poorly done work, especially on brakes that can seriously injure or kill?! We went back a third time because the brakes still made noises at every stop. Instead of inspecting anything, Greg took my husband on a "test drive," speeding to 50 mph and slamming the brakes in a whiplash‑inducing stunt meant to intimidate rather than diagnose. He insisted the brakes were fine. They were not. Soon after, the front wheel made a loud metal‑on‑metal scraping. A second opinion from another shop confirmed our fears: Greg's people had done the worst brake job they had ever seen. They even questioned whether the "new" calipers we paid for were new at all -- the brakes looked two years old, not two months. Greg has ignored calls, refused refunds, and offered zero apology. He only responds to Google reviews. The customer-focused values he advertises on his website are nowhere to be found in his actual business. I'm warning others: DO NOT RISK YOUR SAFETY OR YOUR WALLET at this shop!

He found a nice Borla, but it was for cars 2 years older than his. It would all bolt up; it was just 3" short of being the right distance from underneath. So after Marco did some inspecting of the parts as he had had previous customers requesting the same without it actually fitting. They pulled the car back and got started on it. The waiting area is smaller, but there are a few chairs. While waiting for the car to be finished, Marco would come get us to inspect the work as they were getting it done. We were recommended to General Transmission and the quote was considerably less. They originally scheduled 2 weeks for repairs but the Ford parts were defective and they had to rebuild the transmission again at no additional cost. Additionally, the starter and other parts required replacement and they performed the work for cost of parts only. They have a 100,000 mile/3 year warranty. Our Expedition runs well for the first time since we purchased it. We highly recommend General Transmission.

They did the front axle and diff seals in my LBZ Duramax, and the quality of work was great, and I haven't had any leaks yet after almost a year since they did it. Long story short, I had a bumper which was damaged and required a replacement. However, I would find out that the auto repair that I went to before A1 was trying to have me have my car "totaled" as they deemed the damages too great to repair, despite it was only the bumper being damaged. Desperate to save my car, I ran around town looking for a repair shop willing to replace my bumper and not have my car totaled. I found Dena Greenlee with A1 and after listening to my story she told me to come by. She listened attently to the issues and had the repair technicians assessed my photos. A rough price was quoted and there was an arrangement to have my car picked up and towed over. Before Christmas (roughly 3 weeks in all), I got my car back! I can't say how thankful I am to A1! Having to go through a car accident is very traumatic, so do go through your insurance and coordinate with them about what are your best options. See if you can come by to have your vehicle serviced at A1 and hopefully have your car fixed!
