They lied the truck wouldn't even start the next day and the company is closed on the weekend Then I call Tim's auto, Tim answers the phone I tell him the issues and he tells me he will come get it. I say no need I have insurance they will come get it he tells me no I have my trailer ready to go. Tim came and got the truck for free then knowing that I needed the truck worked late to get my truck back to me with in a day and kept me in the loop on everything that's going on. My nerves were already shot after a scary, worrisome week (that thankfully ended well!) and I just wanted some safety reassurance, so I stopped by Firestone to ask if they'd take a look at the pressure in my tires before I made the drive back home; I had super precious doggie cargo in the car after all! The Firestone staff told me to pull right up to the garage, came out and checked my tires, added some air, and that was that. They didn't charge me a cent. These people can be charged criminally for what they did and i intend to pursue at minimum Civil Action against these scammers who took advantage of a poor woman. It wasn't just overcharging for parts or unecessary and not-done work. It was obscene! Example: head bolts: over 300 dollars more than what a dealer would charge for the same item! AARP Fasteners for drag racing would be hundreds less. And that is just the tip of the iceberg. That is beyond price gouging, that is criminal fraud. And the fleeced her for over 2,000 dollars like that.
