While looking around, we saw a clothing rack with a lot of clothing on sale. Sifting through it, I found a couple items to try on. There weren't any employees by the fitting rooms, though. I had to ask another employee to find the one working in that particular section to unlock the changing room door. The employee that came was apologetic, as she was on the far side of that section. When it came time to pay, there was one customer at the counter talking through something with the cashier, and it seemed like it would take a while. There was another customer in front of us in line, and she had many items. We ended up going upstairs to the cashier on the ground floor.

I needed some t-shirts & got some great deals here. The sales clerks in the store were very helpful & also friendly. The prices are really good compared to other places like Eddie Bauer. So expect the store to be busier than others. The store is pretty packed right now with merchandise so it's a little crowded feeling as well. They carry womens, men's & children's clothing. I saw a pair of pants I really wanted but they didn't have my size. I checked with the cashier & these pants are sold out in my size throughout all of their stores! That tells me they have some good products. I wore some of the t-shirts I had bought on a recent trip to Niagara Falls & I can say that the quality is good.

For me, it makes a great deal of sense to purchase some sports equipment used since that new item you bought for more than twice the price will look the same after a couple uses. I've been here a few times in the past couple years and have always found what I'm looking for. We purchased my son's first real bike here. It was in terrific shape with virtually no signs of use and came at a great deal. I've popped in other times too, such as buying used softballs - which for me makes perfect sense to save money on rather than buying new ones. Outdoor skating season is now starting up again, which brought me in yesterday for skates. We plan on going several times this season, so it didn't make sense to keep renting each time we go. We can in yesterday to look at their skates, and they have a MASSIVE inventory of both new and used. The price of the men's skates ranged from $40-70, with even the $40 ones being your typical Bauer skate. I got ones for $60, which had very little use and were made of composite material, making it a bit lighter. I also found skates for both my kids, which each pair coming in around $30. They offer skate sharpening for $5, but did ours for free since we purchased three pairs. They had plenty of sales staff present, so anyone could get the help they needed, whenever they needed it. The manager is also supper friendly and very funny. Next time you're looking for some sports equipment, I'd recommend looking here first. You might be surprised at the amount of selection and the money you'll save.

Arc'teryx Beta AR -- Fails Durability Expectations…read more I expected the Arc'teryx Beta AR to last, especially at this price. Instead, all my jackets developed zipper delamination and seam‑tape failure, despite minimal use and proper storage. There is no wear anywhere else, which makes it obvious the failure is in the materials and construction, not the user. Arc'teryx Warranty dismissed the issue and offered only 20% of the original price if I surrendered the jackets. They refused proper repairs, even if I paid. This does not meet the standard of reasonable durability that consumers expect -- especially from a brand that markets itself as the best in the industry. I'll be posting this experience on consumer platforms so others can make informed decisions. Premium pricing should come with premium durability and a responsible warranty -- Arc'teryx failed on both.

The staff were very helpful, gave good advice and recommendations. They have a good amount of choice and gear. I'd say if you didn't know exactly what you wanted while you may not be lost, its not easy peasy. Their prices are competitive with other places and even the large box stores. The one thing I find could use a bit of improvement was ability to get help. They seemed busy that it's tough getting help. They should notice the lost customers immediately. But when you do get help, they devote their attention to you and don't get distracted easily.
