POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE…read more I rented a set of "sport" skis/boots for 3 days. On day one I twisted my knee and had to be rescued by ski patrol...who were great BTW. Village Ski refused to refund any of my rental even tho they were getting the equipment back 2 days early. At $50/day that's $100 they refused to refund. I've returned equipt early elsewhere (Whiteface, for poor weather) and received refunds for unused days. Should've rented for one day and just kept extending the rental. I'll def look at renting elsewhere next time.

There was a really pleasant guy working the register who was knowledgeable with the limited amount of vape products they carry, I took his recommendation & loved it. Great customer service on his part! They also have decent prices on vape juice. Then I went to check out their glassware, girl working in that department was off-putting, short & not very friendly. I felt like I was intruding! I often buy directly from GRAV Labs, and they had a water pipe from them I wanted, cost about $25 more than on GRAV Labs website, but for the convenience it was whatever. All in all, not the best, not the worst. I like supporting local businesses and I'd say it's at least worth a tour if you're in the area and looking for some eclectic head shop gear, or just want to get out and explore the local shops.

Terrible service. I brought my Alienware R11 for expanded RAM and a new GPU. Offered to bring in…read moremachine and had all documentation with me. Nope, only wanted service tag number. Took a month for parts to come in and when they did I was informed they did not fit. Had to buy ALL new RAM and a new case. Case was small, cheap and very little airflow. Front USB did not work. Games would not load. Brought back: USB dip switches were set wrong and they never installed Nvidea software. I did not trust them to bring back a second time when USB still did not work. Staff was friendly but seemed clueless. I did not want to learn about computer hardware and trusted them to help me make good decisions. My Bad. Brought to a shop in Portland and they informed me a Bench Test should have been done FIRST before any work done to be sure that RAM and GPU were really my issues. Stay away from Computer Port at all costs. It cost me Approx: $350 to fix what they screwed up. Again, I did not bring it back to them a second time as I could not trust their work. Pictures show case empty because I bought new case at another repair shop. Notice how bad they did the back where you connect to the motherboard. Horrible work.

This Banana Republic Factory Store seemed to have some different and unique items that other Banana Republic stores do not have. I was really impressed with the selection and discounts available at this location as the prices and value was so good that I was able to get a couple of items more than I anticipated getting. The staff here provided good service and assistance as I was felt like I was taken care of here. The checkout line was quick and efficient as I was able to purchase my items without any trouble. BR is one…read moreof my favorite clothing brands, as it's timeless, comfortable, and chic, and this Factory Store was the first one I visited after we parked our car. It was a brutally cold day (literally, too cold to ski), and we needed something to occupy our time. BR was busy, but not overcrowded: the layout of the store allows the flow and movement of patrons without hindrance. I perused the entire Women's section (whilst my husband eyed the Men's clothing from a distance), literally finding dozens of things I wanted to buy, let alone try on. Most of their racks had some kind of sale pricing advertised, but some of it was simply the price on the tag. Unfortunately, that meant that the $50 shirt and $80 dress was a no-go for my wallet. Once I got back to the clearance section, however, my mood lifted. Here were several racks worth of pants, skirts, and shirts in every size. I tried on many items, but ultimately purchased only one skirt. Certain "common" sizes (such as M/L tops and 8/10 pants, skirts, etc) were well combed over and limited. The skirt I purchased had already been discounted several times, and then the clearance discount rang in the register (70%!). I believe I paid $5 for a beautiful brocade skirt that looks absolutely fab on me. So! If you're in the area and looking to a) burn money or b) burn time, I'd definitely recommend this Banana Republic Factory Store. There are some killer deals to be found, if you only take the time to look!
