The lighting could be better on certain courts.. uhem courts 1, 2, 3, but my friends and i love coming here because honestly we know these courts inside out. We know which are the good courts and which courts have some hiccups, we come here so often know where the dead spots are on certain courts but with all that the prices at night for private courts cant be beat. One of my friends had a bad experience recently and I'm glad the owners took her experience into consideration and addressed the issue pertaining that specific employee. (if you scroll through all the bad reviews on google, its always about that one specific employee.) This place has become so popular that it is always booked out 2 weeks in advance. Looking forward to seeing how this place continues to grow and improve. Love the majority of the courts here especially their newer ones court 11&12. It has a little more privacy and prevents balls from flying all over into other peoples courts and vice versa. Some courts especially court 2 is less desirable in my opinion, it's dark and hard to focus or see the ball. Some courts do have water dripping from ceiling during rainy/ snowy days but it's not significant enough to become a hazard. Appreciate that they now have 24 hour options available. All of their staff are amazing except the one senile old guy, he's just miserable. (IYKYK) We come here regularly and seeing him just ruins your day/mood. Overall good courts with no dead bounces, adequate overhead space and lighting and clean bathrooms. There's parking to the side of the building (across the street) and in the back, however on snowy days it is a dangerous trek.

They have open play that you can sign up for based on skill level as well as court rentals. Went to a social open play where 20 people split 4 pickleball courts and the games went smoothly and there was not a lot of down time between games. Open play was a little confusing at first but people there will let you know how the randomized teaming-up works so it prevents a "dominant team" from playing together the whole time. In addition to the facility having everything you would want in terms of pickleball courts, what makes the open plays really fun is the crowd. Everyone was really friendly and there was no negative body language no matter what the score is, who your partner was, or who the opponents were. Everyone was there to play some pickleball and have a good time.

It's a bit of automation at the expense of customer service, but eventually we were able to actually get the equipment (which is buy only, not renting.) As an inexperienced group, the employee gave us an overview of rules but just said to focus on trying to hit the ball back and forth. We did end up having a good time. We were not serious players, but we got some good movement in. We were going to sneak a little more time, but a group did come in the next block, so don't expect to go over your hour (or however long your time). We rented the 2 court options, so there was inevitable some crossover with hits into each other's games, but we were keeping it friendly. I could see the proximity could bother people. I'm glad if it gets some traction as a space. Otherwise, it's an eerily quiet upstairs. There is a bathroom down a silent winding hallway nearby. Plenty of parking as well.

Prices are a bit steep but it gets better if you go on a family plan. They also provide a lot of gym amenities to make the pricetag worth it. From pickleball courts to rock climbing. Basketball courts as well. There are so many things to do at the facility beyond normal gym and fitness. They also have an indoor and outdoor pool. Both of them are very large and spacious. The outdoor one also has waterslides and a poolside bar and grill. It really feels like a resort. The indoor amenities are good as well. You can relax in the hot tub or sit in a sauna/steam room. There are also cold plunge pools. I love the unlimited studio classes. Xtreme intervals and maxout upper/lower body are my favorites. The instructors are energetic and motivating. They always keep me on my toes while keeping the overall class still fun and entertaining. If you're looking for more than just a basic gym, Life Time is the place to be. Highly recommend--it's transformed my fitness routine!

Most recently, they discounted a couple of players by nearly all of the membership fee. To offset the loss they made the other players pay hundreds more. I was told it was director hussman's decision. The irony is, after the first tourney, one of the players (who got the massive discount) quit. While at a tournament, i heard hussman get asked by a mom 'the team keeps losing. what's going on w the team?' He pointed his finger at the players and listed their faults. It was shameful. Fyi, there's really no speak on college stuff. The college that they hv any connection to is the director's former college. You should call and ask and decide for yourself/kid. In the end, what's important is that they stretch the players. I'm not concerned about falling into line and hv the facade that everything's okay. Sportime volleyball needs to do better.

LOL I knew I'd have a better experience than my daughter recently had Dick's Sporting Goods with low inventory of tennis racquets and nonexistent staff (not even considering their level of knowledge). I visited Topspin yesterday (Saturday) afternoon and met Bill Levin (owner) who was friendly and knowledgeable about tennis racquets. He asked me a few questions about my daughter to estimate the proper grip size. He suggested a few entry level full graphite racquets (prestrung) and told me that if I purchased one (before removing the tags and use) I should take a picture of my daughter's grip on the racquet and send it to his personal mobile phone to review. If it's not the proper size grip I could bring the racquet in and exchange. I purchased the Babolat 2020 Boost A W Prestrung Tennis Racquet in Black, Pink and White color. I took the picture of my daughter gripping the tennis racquet and Bill promptly responded with, "Perfect," so I felt comfortable with the sizing. I'm very happy with the selection, knowledge and friendly service at Topspin.
