I stopped by a few weeks to finally make it official and they made the transition as seamless as possible. I mentioned I had actually lost my key pass a while back and they generously hooked me up with a replacement for free. While the parking lot is usually busy, I've always managed to find a spot pretty close to the entrance. Whenever I go, there only seems to be about 15 or 20 people there max. Keep in mind, I'm usually there in the evenings at about 6pm on weekends and super early in the morning during the week. I'm sure right after week is must get pretty busy, but at most gyms that's to be expected. The staff are always friendly and the there's always someone attending to lose weights that gym goers may "forget" to put back. The one thing I'm not the biggest fan of is the roping off of the water fountain, but while annoying, I do understand it is a precautionary measure for covid. While this Blink is way smaller than others I've been to, they do have a real nice selection of machines and cables, as well as a few key stretching apparatus', which I don't normally find in other gyms. The girl operating the bar and volleyball (Margot) was running circles around the other employees. We had a rude encounter with one of the players and without missing a beat she handled it without being asked. Service was quick. She kept the games rotating which was not monitored in the past. My son is also in multi sport with Joe Marve and he loves it. Joe is the best with kids he definitely can keep the group of kids entertained and listening which is hard as is in my opinion for 5 year olds. The facility is spacious, super clean, and well-maintained with equipment for cardio, weights, and everything in between. They have an amazing variety of group classes (yoga, cycling, kickboxing, barre!), a basketball court, and 1 on 1 personal training. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. They know members by name and always go out of their way to help. The Come Together Yoga studio is a huge bonus, and the overall vibe is motivating without being intimidating. The juice bar is perfect pre and post workout as well. Plenty of parking too, which is a big plus. If you're looking for a full service gym that feels like a community, Sportset is it. I found in mid-March Id been charged again and called to dispute, front desk said management would call--they didn't so I emailed. The general manager treated me like conspiracy, said "this is he said she said," but that she would investigate. Mind you I'm not going and using the time I paid for because I'm confident they will cancel--she never gets back. I reach out to regional manager who takes well past the month to treat me again like I was lying about having cancelled -mind you at this point the month is over and I even said when I originally called (and emailed management) that if I'm still paid in without the possibility of cancellation, Id like to go and finish the month. They waited until the month was over. If they treat clients like this, imagine how they treat their staff! As per the actual club with its outdated broken-half the time equipment: There's only a few flat benches and one set of weights=long wait times even when it's not busy. There were times I had to hold up in the parking lot waiting for a spot. There are better gyms. Forget about how the bathroom smelled. Ick!

The level of care and professionalism far exceeded my expectations, and we can't wait to continue our swim lessons. There are occasionally delayed games due to transitioning; however, never more than 5-10 minutes. The coaches are also great at including modified versions of each workout for anyone who needs them and they happy to make adjustments to the routine for you if there's a health concern. Elite membership is currently offered at $119 and Unlimited is $179. They have specials depending on when you sign up. The OTF heart rate monitor was on sale when I signed up back in February. There are 2 options available in terms of style/wearing format. I'm working to attend more consistently but have already seen great results through the workouts and other lifestyle changes.

The class was well organized and even though it was a group class they did give individual attention as needed. I've played Tennis and taken lessons so I'm accustomed to the style of teaching.
