This store is a scam, I placed and order with them on march 28 and got an email saying it shipped, than a couple days later I got a notification saying order not delivered and it says failure next to order number on shop app. I recommend to stay away from ordering online or will just lose your money. I ATTEMPTED to order a new pair of On Cloud's for $150... I needed to contact someone and tried numerous times with no success, none of their phone numbers are legitimate. I eventually got ahold of someone via text message ‍ After days of being in limbo about whether the shoes were shipped out or not, the person texting me had no answer for me. If I could give this company zero stars I would. I purchased On Cloud sneakers for my partners birthday (tomorrow Sunday). They would arrive a day late which was fine because I wouldn't be flying in until the day of after anyway (Monday) So I get s notification 6 days after that they canceled my order due to lack of inventory. 6 days!!!! 6 days it took them to figure out that none of their 4 Florida stores didn't have the sneaker?! And their inventory online isn't set up to reflect sold out either?! What a mess of a business, I travel tomorrow so have no time to run out and go shopping today. They claim to have better prices but at what cost? They don't even have inventory. I'm now arriving at my partners birthday empty handed. When people complain that big box stores of big companies like Amazon are the demise of small businesses they overlook that these companies are consistent, professional, organized and seamless CS . If Sportive would be any of the above mentioned, my order would have been canceled 6 days ago when the sneakers should have been pulled for this order. Well, I'm going to start this review by saying that I'll probably never shop at Sportive, at least online anyway. Not too long ago, I was perusing google as i often do looking for a pair of sneakers, Adidas to be exact that were red, black and green. I checked a number of stores online and i couldn't find any in a size 12. However, if you surf the internet long enough, you'll usually find some gold at the end of the rainbow; or so, I thought. Well, I happened across the Sportive online store and I saw that they had the sneakers and the size (12), I was looking for at the time. The sneakers themselves, sold for about 100 dollars and with shipping and handling, about 110 dollars. It was a reasonable purchase. However, little did I know that the sneakers ran a size small. Once I realized, I needed a bigger size, I immediately contacted Sportive, requesting an exchange in the process. Reading their exchange policy, I knew I had to pay for shipping the returned item. It sounds like it would be an easy process but it wasn't. I emailed, Rod, the contact person to initiate the exchange but I received no response for the next thee to four business days. I wound up calling directly to a number of Sportive stores to get an actual number but when I called the number I received no response. So, I thought that I had dialed a wrong number and I attempted to dial the number again when, all of a sudden, a text appeared. It was from Rod himself and it read"How can I help you?" I thought it was quite odd that I received a text when called to speak to someone in person. Well, texted "Rod" my issue and he states that I needed an RMA to initiate the return. Rod assured me that an email initiating the RMA was on its way. Hmmm.....three days later, still no email with an RMA. I attempted to call and reach out to "Rod" again but he did not answer the phone. Once again, I received a text stating that my return was being processed for a size 13 and they were checking the stores to complete the exchange. However, I did not receive a time frame. Nevertheless, I waited an additional 3 days for some information regarding this exchange before I called at least two of the three stores before I talked to someone who seemed to beithwr an owner or manager who was rather helpful and kept me on a "three way call" while he investigated my return and subsequent exchange. It was only after calling multiple stores and corralling a manager type-person before I was able to assurance I needed. Once,I finally got confirmation that the order for the exchange was completed; I still had to pay the shipping price for the excahnge!!! Wow!!! I thought that I would have at least gotten free shipping but no. So, a pair of sneakers that I should have paid 110 dollars max, wound up costing me close to $130. Therefore, my first time experience with SPORTIVE would be a very weak 1!!! I would give the overall customer service experience a half a .5. I would have given SPORTIVE a Zero if it wasn't for the manager/ owner that assiated with the return. But, should it had gotten to that point??? The answer is a resounding NO!!! read more

Sportive is located at Coco Walk and has lasted longer then most shops in the area (the Grove). If you need some trendy kicks, or just some sport specific shoes, this place has a great selection. There are two actual locations, one up stairs (2nd floor where the old book store was - Walden I think..) where the discounted shoes sold (big discounts) and down stairs with this years shoes. They have an extensive croc selection if your kids need them too. Pricing is usually good, and if you run, you can find great deals. They have both fun shoes, serious shoes (ACIS and Mizuno), and even soccer flats. read more

I came to this store because I had a shoe emergency. As in the shoes I was wearing were causing me extreme discomfort and I seriously needed change them. I went into a couple of places that didn't have what I was looking for. I walked into here and was immediately greeted by a sales person. He told me whatever their specials were, but my feet were hurting so much I couldn't even think about what he was saying. I decided that Crocs were the way to go. I already have one pair, and I love them. I can wear them everywhere. I looked at the wall, and determined that I wanted a specific color. The sales person noticed that I could not find my size and immediately came over to assist me. He found me a pair in the color that I wanted. I tried on two sizes and I walked out. This took all of maybe five minutes. They have a large selection of athletic shoes as well. Extremely friendly staff. Very quick service. All colors of Crocs. read more

While the service I received was exemplary the condition of the store was not as it usually is. I have come into the store a couple times within the last couple weeks and the air has been broken on both occasions. Both of my visits were short because the heat made it extremely uncomfortable to shop. Great customer service. Convenient location and good selection of running shoes and accessories. I stopped in to browse and ended up leaving with a Garmin GPS watch.
