1. We originally ordered an adult medium after a uniform fitting, but the received shorts were significantly smaller than the sample and fit my daughter like spandex. 2. Per your instruction, I visited the store. The employee assisting me confirmed the sizing issue after comparing the shorts we received with the pair my daughter tried on during the fitting. 3. Because my daughter needed the shorts quickly for her travel team, we placed a new order for a size larger, an adult large, at the employee's suggestion. 4. When my older daughter picked up the replacement shorts, she was charged for the new order, which we expected to be an exchange or replacement for the defective original shorts. Since the store employee was able to verify that the two pairs of shorts were not the same size--despite both being labeled as medium--it is clear that the initial pair we received was defective or incorrectly sized. We should not have been charged for the replacement shorts. I request a full refund for the cost of the replacement shorts. Given the clear discrepancy, your need to speak to the manufacturer should not delay this refund. Please process the refund as soon as possible. read more

I'd give them a zero if it were an option. Absolutely the worst customer service. we spent $450 on unitorms and received the wrong items. First phone call they were friendly and happy to help. We go to pick up our "temporary" items and my family is treated like scum. Like IM the one who made the mistake. DO NOT purchase from this company. Not only is it over priced. The staff is awful. And it takes 5-10 weeks to receive your order. To say I'm mad is an understatement. read more

Customer service and craftsmanship are lacking. Our team has used them for 6 years (we don't have a choice - our organization has a contract with them) every.single.year. We have mistakes in our order. One year the boys numbers all peeled off of their hoodies (we were told our dryers were too hot...every dryer on the team apparently), one year our coaches' shirts had youth size logo and names on the back (too cheap to change the screen??), one year instead of telling us they discontinued the youth XL they just gave everyone that ordered that size an adult small (which was extremely narrow and didn't fit the boys), this year we were missing hats and stripes on pants. I bought a sweatshirt for my son online at Sports Huddle in the first week of September. Today, October 25th. I have been told that this sweatshirt was given to my son's school PTO person. The PTO person distributed the sweatshirts and my son never received his. I called Sports Huddle AGAIN and requested the either refund the money or fill the order. They have refused to do either, stating they must first speak to the PTO person. I have never ordered a product before that was given to a 3rd party for distribution. I don't understand why I paid for a 40 dollar item, it wasn't given to me. This store is beyond ridiculous. read more

I have not posted a review of any place. But felt I should say something about Sports Huddle. The service they provide our program is very good. Mike and Anthony have always been very helpful to me and my son as well as our team. When we had problems with uniforms last year they were fixed quickly. The quality of uniforms our uniforms as well as spirit wear is very good. A bit pricey, but they are a local business. I would not buy a new bat or catchers equipment because I could get it so much cheaper on line. But I would buy anything else from them as they are a family owned and operated business. They only negative I would have is the fact they can be a bit pricey. Otherwise the quality of what we have purchased from them as well as the service is top notch. read more

We went in to get a pair of baseball pants for my sons all star team. They had the pants ready to go and I asked about socks. The young man at the counter helped me find the color we were in need of and even showed us three different kinds for us to choose from. He even went in back to find my sons exact size. While we were waiting the short 3 minutes for the socks, we decided to look at the gloves. An older gentleman came up and made some recommendations and helped us find a brand new glove that my son fell in love with (after months of him saying he didn't want a new one!) to top off their amazing customer service they even gave us a 10% discount and wished my son luck on his all star season. Ive been using Sports Huddle for 5 years, but recently I went to get shirts printed and was unhappy. I used to have single words printed but now they switched to a screen print method. Price went from $5 to $15 per unit. And the quality and size was reduced. When asked why, the girl stated "That would be too labor extensive." But they did it before, so it does not make sense. Horrible quality screen printing in youth baseball jerseys yet charge $30. Already peeling off & only 2 weeks into the season. They blamed it on our dryer or laundry detergent, no fault of theirs. Also went to return custom baseball hat because the embroidery was all caps instead of just first letter caps like the rest of the team, & they couldn't find the written invoice that they kept just 5 hours earlier! So instead of refunding me $20+ tax, they gave me $18.35! (After a phone call, they are going to supposedly credit me the difference). read more

My daughter had designed a t-shirt for her event with an online company. Right before ordering, a couple friends recommended going to Sports Huddle. I have seen their work, because they print shirts, etc for our high school and junior highs and thought it was good quality. I went into the store talked to the owner, who gave me a cheaper cost for the 10 shirts I wanted. Two days later, I emailed my order along with the graphic for the t-shirt. I was told the colors of the graphic would have to be cut down. Ok not a big deal, to keep the cost down, right? Well after a couple emails and calls, two weeks have gone by with no revision of the design and I had two weeks to get a t-shirt. If I had ordered online, I would have already received. Anyway, since I did not get a timely response, I ordered the t-shirts online with no problems. They arrived with the design we wanted and on time. Coincidently, I received the email that my order was shipped minutes before the email from Sports Huddle with the final draft of my artwork. Remind you less then a week from the event. When I saw what they did, I was like "WTH is this this?" Nothing remotely to what I presented to them. Needless to say, because I didn't answer that day, which was Easter Saturday, they hounded me with another email and phone calls. Really now you respond? In addition to this order, I placed an order, which they never filled for a windbreaker and embroidery. Had to go to another establishment, which was in my town and should have gone in the first place. Bought it for a better price and had in two days. Another incident was an organization I'm involved with at the high school wanted t-shirts. Have used them for a few years. First year was GREAT ....went overboard to help and make sure out items were in on time. Last few years, customer service was lacking, people were rude, and the owner is an ASS! Items were ordered in January and we did not receive many things until mid-May (when the season was almost over!). Owner would claim he called and left messages at our home .. however we stopped using home service several months before! Rude people ... not truthful in delivery dates ......
