The customer service was horrible at first but then another sales associate helped us. I did find…read more2 pairs of shoes but after leaving the store I found that I was overcharged $30 for one pair. I called the store and the sales associate apologized and said she was crediting my card the original amount charged and then charged me for the correct amount. The charge for the correct amount appeared on my credit card but the refund never did. When I called about the refund the sales associate was rude and said it might take 30 days to show up on my credit card. The refund never showed up. When I called again the store sales associate said I could come to the store and view the refund receipt and basically hung up on me. The final result is that now I have been over charged twice. Be sure to check your receipt before you leave the store to make sure you were not over charged.

The ladies in the shop were very helpful. This is a ladies boutique which specializes in jeans. I did not shop for jeans and should have asked if they carry petite. Wish I would have. If you wear petite you know my struggles. The boutique offers trending clothing and shoes as well. They have a rewards program so I plan on coming back for some deals.

She says "You come up in here threatening a bunch of women?" Now why would I Threaten women out of all people when Im highly respectful of them and you're trying to spin the narrative just goes to show who you are as a person. Nobody's perfect and it's understandable but treating someone the way you did is wrong. I stated to her you made a comment which i didn't appreciate and she goes on stating that "It's Common Sense to not leave food on the seat." True but you food was still hot when I gave it to you out of a Thermal bag which is zipped up so in this case it was warm for you. Also when Doordash has her order bunched up with others from Buffalo Wild Wings right next door to them they don't give you an option to deliver directly to her AFTER you picked up the other persons order. Then goes on exclaiming that she was a former driver of DoorDash and you should've deliver to me first."So That's how you treated your drivers and customers then her actions is noted and I told her several times that again DD doesn't always make one customer the priority and that this happens often especially if the tip from the other customer is higher then yours. Could I have made her the priority sure but DoorDash didn't give me that option. Based upon how she was acting after I walked out the store frustrated by her I called DD Safety and Legal team about the issue and they immediately ordered me to call Orland Park Police.On top of that the employee in question and her Companion walks out and gets videos and photos of my license plate/car/myself as if I've committed some crime which confronting you about a order in which you started the whole ordeal is absurd and I'm simply telling you that your food from Sbarro was in the Thermal bag(used to keep cold drinks cold and hot food (hot) with the Heat or Cold air blasting. She states "Oh you changed your tone?" I looked at her and said "You'll be hearing from the Police about this because you need a serious reality check." The Police showed up I told them everything they needed to see including the message I sent to her 2 minutes prior to her reaching out and they informed me that she was entirely wrong for even going as far as trying to say that I was the aggressor when she was the one provoking it. Doordash is a temporary side gig for me to address issues with my other rides and out of the 1353+ Deliveries I've done other the last 6 months she was the only person who warranted a call to the Police. Everyone else even if they're having a bad day were pleasant to serve and speak to. Nobody else out of all the people served EVER stated that I was a problem in anyway shape or form because I will always go above and beyond doing this temporary gig.The employees except for two seemed to have laughed at the issue but this could have been prevented had she asked the simple question of This interaction deters me from stepping foot in there ever again and I will be speaking with my attorneys about filing a suit against the two employees of this establishment because that interaction should've never happened in the first place.

Wishing always to be and appear professional. I needed to buy 3 uniform shirts and 3 uniform pants and I added a knit cap to my order. I requested that my name and badge number be stitched on the back of the knit cap. All paid for in advance due to tailoring. Upon pick up, I was not satisfied with the embroidery on the knit cap. There was no spacing between my name and badge number. It was agreed, due to my dissatisfaction, that the stitching of my badge number would be removed and restitched with proper spacing. I agreed, problem solved. I would come back in two days for pickup. Well the next day I received a call from the store informing me that I would have to take the cap as is and that it looked fine to the person on the phone. I stated to the person on the phone. That I could not believe that after I had spent almost $400 dollars that this could be a problem. Not wishing to go back and forth with an employee I requested to speak with the manager. To my amazement the person on the phone informed me that she was Susan, the owner. "The cap looked good to her and that it was mine" being that I had paid for it. I never request another cap only to have my name and number properly spaced. I will never shop here again. For those who have had a bad experience here, now you know why. Poor management and lack of respect for the customer coming from the top. Thank you Susan for your poor customer service. I will never beg someone to take my money.

This location is newly opened so we made the trip to the outlets to return the shirts and visit the store. The store is very modern and hip. Nice area to hang while others shop. Open concept shopping area with a good range of clothing and accessories. I didn't know they sold women clothing. I thought it was all men's. They had some cute women clothing, pretty conservative but makes sense they are essentially premium basic clothes. I like that ideas because fashion changes but the basics will always be the basics. Check the store out in person and remember they usually have good sales for first time customers.
