During my recent visit, when I walked into this store, an employee said hello and kindly directed me to the women's section. The women's section was smaller than the men's section, but it still had a good selection of quality shirts, skirts, dresses, pants, and more. Prices here are on the high side, but the clothing has nice styles and can last years, and the store was having a 25%-off sale at that time. I most like their women's business-casual clothing.

He also didn't take measurements properly. After taking off sweatshirt and asked to double check he kept trying to say it doesn't matter and tried to put me in a suit that was 4 sizes too large and the length was way too short. I have worked as a menswear stylist dressing men for 10+ years and I can say I didn't buy a thing and I don't think I'll ever be back to that place. There are nicer stores in that area that have employees that are more knowledgeable and provide much better service. I was there 5.23.26.

For several years, I have occasionally shopped in this store. The quality of clothing is decent, and the prices can be reasonable. As seen in my previous review, I bought a high-quality fall coat here for a low price, and the employees courteously served me. Most recently, I felt most interested in this store's polo shirts for my husband. The store was having a 50%-off sale, so I felt happy with the prices. I also liked the women's tees that cost only $13 each. I, however, ended up buying only two six-pair packs of socks. Both an employee and a sign told me that the socks were BOGO. I stood at the checkout counter for several minutes. An employee folded shirts and did not even say hello to me. I told her that I was ready to check out, and she replied that she was new. Another employee eventually came and rang up my purchase as regular rather than sale price. I mentioned the sale to him. He had to get a third employee to correct the price in the cash register.

I've never felt claustrophobic here - only mentioning that since other outlets here can get pretty congested and hard to navigate through. They were attentive without being overbearing. There's another purse store in the Outlets where I feel like the employees stalk me throughout the space, but I didn't get that here. When I paused to look at a purse either I was able to do so without any comments or they'd talk about the style, the use, and any feature I may have missed.
