They start by warming the kids up, then they guide them through obstacle courses for an hour or so, then to the party room for whatever food/cake you bring for about 15 minutes, then open gym for the last 45 minutes. The workers were wonderful! They did a great job handling a bunch of first graders. They helped the kids on all the obstacles, if they needed assistance. Other than the set up (30 minutes before the party) & helping with food/cake when they are in the room, the staff handled the rest. You can bring whatever food you'd like! When we came in, there was absolutely no one there so we had the entire place to ourselves! Robin, one of the trainers, was extremely helpful in giving us the layout of the gym and answered any questions we had. This place is huge and has a ton of obstacles! There's a kids/beginner section upstairs, which we started at. We then moved on to the ground floor which had all the fun stuff. They have almost every obstacle from the American Ninja Warrior TV show, from the wing nuts to the warped wall. They even have the mega wall (18 ft tall I believe)! I will say, I wish there was the bouncing spider obstacle, but I wouldn't be surprised if they rotate out other obstacles every now and then. Maybe it just wasn't that when I went. Most obstacles are padded so when you fall you don't hurt yourself. There were also extra pads you're able to move around for extra cushion. This gym is every Ninja's dream, both kids and adults alike. I'd even go as far to recommend this place for regular active adults looking for something fun to do in the Orlando area. You might not be able to do everything, but hey, if you aren't falling, you aren't having fun. For open gym, it's $20 per person, which is pretty standard for ninja gyms and we spent about an hour and a half here. Pro tip: come on a Saturday morning. You'll have the whole gym to yourself.
