She's argumentative with customers, even when she's clearly in the wrong, and her aggressive attitude makes it very stressful to resolve issues. My car went in for one issue, and I was sold a completely unrelated repair that didn't fix the problem. It had to go back multiple times, and each time something else went wrong. They melted my key fobs and returned the car with the interior lights not working. When I brought it up, Adriana questioned all the techs in front of me as if to prove she didn't do it--completely unproductive. I offered to just take care of the fobs myself to avoid arguing. Adolfo kindly said to order them and he'd install them, but months later, I'm still getting the runaround from Adriana. I eventually had to pay someone else to fix the lighting. I spent thousands there and ended up with more problems and no accountability. Avoid this place unless you want to deal with stress, delay, and poor customer service.

If you just need an oil change, they come in tell you the out the door price for the different classes of oil they have and they don't try to upsell you. They changed the oil, checked tire pressure, topped off the fluids on my Civic in like 7 minutes. They have 2 bays and only one other car was being worked on at the time I arrived. 2 more came after me. My Husband drives this car a lot and tends to push it. So I opted for the high end synthetic. Tarik came in and promptly settled the bill, did not try to upsell me on an air filter. They only do that when it is warranted. Even with the top of the line oil it was like 25% less than 5 minute oil change. They also effortlessly fixed the dash warnings and reset them. Something that 5 minute oil change and Jiffy in the Austin area where I usually go often have no clue how to do. Pro Quick Lube is a family owned business where they care and treat you the way they would like to be treated. They are seasoned professionals and know what they are doing. They do it all day long. I will be bringing all 3 of my vehicles here from now on. I know I can trust Pro Quick Lube to do an excellent job, reset the dash and not overcharge me as well as have me in and out in short order. However, this second experience didn't quite live up to the first. I had left my car the night before to ensure they could begin work promptly the next day. When I called to check in the following afternoon, I was informed they were still working on my estimate and that it would be ready in about 30 minutes... It ended up taking slightly over an hour to receive the estimate. After going over the estimate, I was surprised by the cost, so I carefully went through it with someone more knowledgeable about cars than I am. As it turns out , they had added a little over $1400 worth of suggested maintenance and did not notate this on the estimate or inform me when I spoke to them. Had I not had someone to review this with me I would have thought all of this work was required to fix the leak. When I called Perks back and began to ask questions and go line by line of "suggested work" it was then made clear to me what they had done. I still agreed to let them do the work and was told they would call me back in 30 minutes to let me know how long it would take to get the parts and return my car. After 2 hours I had to reached out to them again to find out when I could have my car fixed and returned. Thankfully, it was only going to take another day. All that being said, Perks does good work and they are very friendly. Yes, I will use them again but going in I will be more cautious and let them know up front my expectations.
