This is my 2nd visit here. They did a great job last time on older car of mine when they were very busy on a Saturday. Today was a Monday and it was slower but they still had a steady stream of cars in the short time I was there. If you just need an oil change, they come in tell you the out the door price for the different classes of oil they have and they don't try to upsell you. They changed the oil, checked tire pressure, topped off the fluids on my Civic in like 7 minutes. They have 2 bays and only one other car was being worked on at the time I arrived. 2 more came after me. My Husband drives this car a lot and tends to push it. So I opted for the high end synthetic. Tarik came in and promptly settled the bill, did not try to upsell me on an air filter. They only do that when it is warranted. Even with the top of the line oil it was like 25% less than 5 minute oil change. They also effortlessly fixed the dash warnings and reset them. Something that 5 minute oil change and Jiffy in the Austin area where I usually go often have no clue how to do. Pro Quick Lube is a family owned business where they care and treat you the way they would like to be treated. They are seasoned professionals and know what they are doing. They do it all day long. I will be bringing all 3 of my vehicles here from now on. I know I can trust Pro Quick Lube to do an excellent job, reset the dash and not overcharge me as well as have me in and out in short order. Can't recommend them highly enough. THIS IS NOT SOME CORPORATE OWNED OIL CHANGE JOINT where they try to upsell you on as many things as they can, using kids just barely out of autoshop class. These are highly skilled professionals who do an honest job, for fair price and care about their workmanship. I live in the Austin area and come up to Dallas every couple of weeks on business and I will be exclusively coming to Pro Quick Lube for their Honesty, Workmanship and Fair Price. This is the best oil change experience I've had and I've been to a few in multiple states in my time. Can't say enough good things about them, they are a GEM! Was so refreshing not to be upsold, I installed that air filter myself not too long ago and I know it is good, so do they. They deliver a quick honest oil change with a selection different grades of oil from budget to high end, tire air pressure check, fluids top off, a nice smelling comfortable waiting room with drinking water, a restroom, TV and honest professionals serving you. I showed up a few minutes prior to their opening and a gentleman who was there opening the shop allowed me in and got started on changing the oil. I feel like I was in and out in 20 miniature. Stopped by to get a vehicle inspection done. In and out in about 15 minutes total. Manager Walid was friendly and professional. Prices seemed fair for services. I asked about a transmission drawing, filter change, and refill but they don't do transmissions. Oil change, state inspections, and the wall says brakes, but I didn't see a turning lathe. So my recommendation is to ask about rotor turning before dropping off for brakes. But I would recommend them for oil change and state inspection. read more

They 2 technicians that work there are very respectful and to the point. Easy to work with, every time I've gone I've never been upsold on any extra services. They don't tighten oil drain plug to proper spec. They put the drain plug back on with no gasket and stripped the threads. And tried covering it up by over tightening it and covering the bolt in sealant. read more

This is a small business you should support. I have been coming to this location for the past 3years or so. Outside of Valvoline I will recommend this business for the fastest service during OFF PEAK hours. Adam is my guy he knows my car knows what and how i like my car to be attended to, point in case he recommended I change the brand of oil I use to better flow with vehicle I have, I was skeptical however I could see the improvement. I was not charged extra at all! They have very fairly priced services there are times I will bring my own filters or my own product they will install for me at no extra charge outside the services needed. This is a friendly environment you can have your vehicle towed to this location just let them know ahead, they do brake services and ac checks among other common deals. They also work on over the pond models as well. Never seen anyone be treated rude or poorly serviced they will work with you on whatever complaints. If you don't wanna deal with commercial prices down the street this is a good alternative open 7 days a week too ! read more

I came in for a simple oil change and they suggested an engine flush which was fine until they literally increased the price for an engine flush even though its listed at $34.99 and when I pointed it out they act like someone else changed their price...so basically someone else is altering their prices and they don't even know about it until a customer points it out...not coming here again, they need to honor their prices. read more

Lack of Professionalism. If you want to come get something changed and leave with something else broken then come to this place. Walid, I guess the "mechanic" changed my front brakes cause all I heard was a squeak noise, he changed them and now I'm hearing a thumping noise when I turn right. I come to see what's the deal and he says it was already like that. I just bought this truck with no problems and as soon as I get my brakes changed and oil for 160, something all of sudden starts making noise and all he can do is suggest to get an inspection. Fast, honest, and reasonable. Can't really complain about this place. I brought my Toyota in for state inspection, and ended up adding on an oil change and replacing filters. The mechanic was very helpful and I felt no pressure to buy anything. I like that the window in the waiting room is right in front of the cars, so I can sit on the couch and watch everything happening on my car. When we called, the staff was not very crisp with directions ("We're right across from the Jack in the Box") but we managed to clarify. I'm from Oklahoma and was in need of an oil change. I live in Haltom City and drove to Arlington to go to the same name oil change place I used in Oklahoma to be told it would be a 2-hour wait. I left and saw Pro Quick Lube down the street, so I did what anyone would do...looked for reviews. For the most part they were good, so I decided to see how long of a wait it would be. He said 5 min and I asked how much and he said $19.99. It was less than 5 min and he pulled my car to the back. Understanding that he was the only man working and he was working on two other cars before mine, it took about 15 min for him to get to me. No problem. He then said that I needed coolant, so he asked me if I wanted to add it and said that if I did it would be $29.99. This is still less than I would spend in Oklahoma, so I said yes. He was very professional and friendly and yes I will drive all the way to Arlington for my oil changes now on. I recommend this place. read more

Last time there, they put incorrect date for next service on window sticker reminder. It indicated that I should return sooner than needed. I considered it an honest mistake. Today they attempted to sell me an upgraded oil which I told them I did not want. They then tried to sell me wiper blades which I do not need. I know longer trust them and will not return. I wanted to leave before they destroyed something and told me it needed to be fixed. Definitely will not return. read more

I have been coming here for years and they are without a doubt the Best oil change service around. Always friendly, helpful, quick and very reasonable. They do NOT try and sell you a bunch of stuff you don't need. A very honest place to do business. They also do more than just change oil. I had the brakes replaced on my wife's vehicle and it was 1/3 of the price at the dealer, with better quality brake pads with a Lifetime warranty on parts.
