Finally, a shop where I can go in and shop comfortably without having to look at hideous Bama or Gators crap, just because there's bandwagons all over the area! This is true Tennessee shopping right here. Their selection is unmatched in shirts, hats, apparel, jewelry, accessories, stickers & decals, tumblers, flags, even kids clothing and many other goods. They have an impressive selection of polos, button downs, and jackets/outerwear that you will not find elsewhere. Very nice options and quality clothing from a vast array of vendors such as Nike, Cutter & Buck, Volunteer Traditions, etc. The only reason for the loss of half a star is that the prices on many of these items are quite costly (i.e. $80 for an MTSU golf polo)... Regardless, they have the market cornered on the nice, quality, hard to find items that no other brick and mortar retail shop has. We've been several times and will continue to go for their fantastic options, stellar selection, and friendly hosts.

Between the range, the rentals, their product knowledge and guidance, it played a huge role in helping me feel confident choosing my first firearm. While Outpost Armory Franklin isn't as new or shiny as some other gun stores, they have plenty of brands and inventory (including firearms on consignment). Personally, we liked the clean, somewhat rustic, humble, down-to-earth feel of the place. (If you want super fancy tactical vibes, that's cool too, but probably not the ideal place for you.) Most importantly, we received kind, approachable, and prompt assistance from the staff who exemplified customer service by listening attentively and offering helpful feedback/suggestions. We also saw how they all worked well together as a team. At the end, we decided to make our purchase with them and will continue to rely first on Outpost Armory for future purchases/assistance.

A few weeks later, I realized that wasn't the case--the suppressor and the AP5SD setup weren't compatible or serviceable in the way I expected. I reached out via email, and Elijah, the owner, got back to me quickly. What happened next is what truly sets this business apart. He offered to fully refund both items and even handle the headache of the tax-stamped suppressor himself. That alone would have been great customer service--but he didn't stop there. Understanding that it wasn't about the money for me, but about getting exactly what I wanted, Elijah went above and beyond. He offered to special order a standard AP5 and helped me trade my suppressor for a tri-lug compatible option that actually fit my needs. This was hands down one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had. The way they handled the situation--with professionalism, flexibility, and genuine care--was incredible. I can't thank them enough. I'll absolutely be coming back for all my firearm needs and would recommend Black Frog Arms to anyone, any day of the week.
