The product was marked $14.99 on the shelf. I went to the register and it was $25.00. No big deal but the cashier seriously just shrugged her shoulders and said "I don't know" and continued with the transaction. No regard for customer service whatsoever. A simple apology goes a long way and why would you not make a change to the tag? The store was completely dead and the cashier was distracted on her personal electronic device. It's no wonder people shop online now days. I went to the shelf again after the transaction was complete and the cashier yells across the store, "hey can you bring me that tag? " what a joke, I took the photo and walked out. Does not look like a thriving business at this point. I visited to have line wound on a couple reels. I waited about 10 minutes for the employee trained for that task. There were very few employees to . People waiting in the gun department were not helped. The store seems to have a little merchandise spread out to appear adequately stocked. After my wait they had no 8 or 10 pound monofilament to fill my reel spools. If you have no product people will shop elsewhere. read more

I went to the Sportsmsns Warehouse for wading boots. The employees acted like I was invisible. Seeing nothing in my size snd no one to assist I left. On May 2nd I ordered a pair on their website. Delivery was May 6th. On the 7th I received and email stating they could not deliver the boots and that they would refund my money. After several phone calls they stated that they did not have my money. They were unable to explain and hung up. I contacted my bank and they confirmed they had a hold on my funds. This is still ongoing on June 9th, No refund, no product! I'm out $54.41. Their Google rating is 1.23! Their BBB rating is D-. Not accredited by the BBB. Take your business elsewhere. read more

Poor customer service which matches employee attitude. Not much inventory as well, doesn't look like the store did before the pandemic.

There were four guys behind the gun counter. One was talking to another off-the-clock employee and dropped a very loud F-bomb. There were small children near by. The second guy was cycling the action on a pump shotgun and saying things like "what did you say?" to the third employee. I asked the fourth if they had a specific handgun. After he stared at the wall for five seconds he responded "I don't think so". I got a couple fishing rods and waited in a short but surprisingly slow line to be over charged by 30%. Luckily I noticed it. Unluckily it took another 10 minutes to get the whole thing refunded then re-charged to my card at the correct price. Maybe a couple of the guys screwing around behind the gun counter could help ring people up instead of playing with guns in front of little kids. read more

I had the BEST experience today with Sportsman's warehouse. With all the gun control rules/regulations, getting a gun nowadays can be a pain but we were able to get everything done promptly. Zack is a great manager, I can't thank him enough! He should get a raise for how great his customer service was with my husband and I!! And Brady was also great helping us get checked out! My one stop shop for hiking,fishing and anything outdoor plus they have a nice selection of hiking shoes. The items aren't cheap but there really good quality and every once in awhile I find what I need on sale. read more

Typically I go to cabelas over sportsmans because they have better service. I made an exception today, glad I did. I stopped shopping at this location a while back and it was a breath of fresh air to see new faces here. they're friendly, fun and genuinely seem like they enjoy their job. the last employees sucked! read more

Went in at opening early in the pandemic for a gun advertised as 1 of 6 in stock, I was shown the display in dark earth. When I asked do you have this in black the employee responded with " I don't know what we have in stock". Didn't check the computer, didn't walk into the back nope didn't do anything but ask if there was anything else I want to look at. You just screwed up a guaranteed sale because you didn't want to just do you're job. I Hope the new bosses at Cabelas / Bass Pro Shops get rid of all the dummy's like you employed there. I try to visit the N Division store a few times a year. I really like the ambiance and product selection. I enjoy just wandering around, geeking out on all the cool stuff. OTH I rarely buy anything unless I am TRULY desperate. The prices used to be great when they were an actual warehouse store, but since they have gone upscale everything now seems to be full MSRP or higher. A pair of hunting socks for $25? Give me a break! Their gun selection is minimal and overpriced, and the staff in that department seems a little clueless and not very well trained. I asked to see a Ruger SR 1911 and the clerk had to fumble through the tags when one was right there in the open. It is not hard to recognise a 1911. Not a good sign.... They do have a lot of ammo in the common calibers (not much for oddball ones like .327 Federal Mag), but not like the old store in the Valley where it was stacked in pallets. For a huge firearm selection and a knowledgeable staff, I would just send somebody down the road to Double Eagle Pawn on N Francis. For this SW store..... unless they fix their prices I can't see them staying in business very long.... they won't be getting my money. OTH parking is great and the isles are open, since there are so few customers. You always have to look on the bright side. read more

A very good selection of outdoor clothing, fishing and hunting gear. I'll admit the prices are not the best but there isn't a shortage of brands or selection. I usually come here for fishing stuff. The store is usually quiet and the staff is familiar with their departments. Even gave me pointers for lake Roosevelt hot spots! I'll be back for sure. read more

I used Sportsman's to gear up for a week long backpacking trip. I found the selection of equipment really impressive. The staff knowledgeable and helpful. I had a problem with the water purifier I purchased. I was DEVASTATED because I had lost the receipt. The staff worked with me and were able to replace the water purifier and SAVED my backpacking trip! This is now my FAVORITE place to go for all of my camping/archery needs! I think the equipment there seems pricey but that's to be expected when they don't seem to sell low quality equipment. read more

My husband and I got new fishing poles and all the new stuff to start out, our poles cost 59.00 and his was 75.00 mine broke the first time I cast it.went to take it back and the young guy said if they couldn't resale it they wouldn't replace it. That didn't make sense and then he laughed at me when it made me mad so I asked for manager and when I told him what happened the young guy stood there and laughed and said it didn't meet their 3 rules which was returned in 3 days after purchase and if they couldn't resale it don't remember the other cause we just spent over 300.00 on items and all I wanted was something in place of the defective pole I just got. So did they just sale me something that was returned already? that just fell apart so the young kid was just disrespectful and that right there showed me how they treat their customers he sat and laughed at me. Finally when I said to the manager that's how you treat your customers he finally told the kid to leave while he then gave me my money back. Do not order from Sportsmans Warehouse!!! Their service SUCKS! Especially their north Spokane store. On March 24th I ordered a stun gun and a pepper spray combo kit. Yes, I know. That's a too little non-lethal for those who know me, but it was for the women in the house. I got an email almost immediately saying that the stun gun was ready for pick up at the north Spokane Sportsmans Warehouse, but the pepper spray combo was being sent from the Bend OR store and would be here in a week. Cool. I went to the north Spokane Sportsmans Warehouse that day, only to be told that they hadn't pulled the order and that I should wait for the email. Yep...I told them I had already received the email. Took over 20 minutes for someone to go and pull it from the pegs on the display. Cool...no worries. It was paid for. I wasn't in a hurry. Next week, I hadn't received any email so I called the north Spokane Sportsmans Warehouse. They said they hadn't received it and to wait for an email. I didn't receive an email the next week, so I called again. Asked to speak to someone in management. Was told that due to the States shutting down and transportation being delayed, all shipments were behind schedule. Wait for an email. The following week I still hadn't received any email, so I called again. Spoke to a nice lady, supposedly in management, who looked my order up in the computer and told me that my order had been moved from the Bend OR store, to a distribution center in Utah. Call customer service she said. Told her I had tried already....couldn't get through. The wait time was over and hour. Later that week, I received an email asking how I liked the order had not received yet. Week before last, I received 2 emails. One was asking how liked the order I STILL had not received and the other said that my order was ready to pick up...in Bend Effing Oregon!!! So...I called the north Spokane Sportsmans Warehouse, where it was supposed to be. It was a Friday and the gentleman in management that I spoke with said the Manager in Bend, who was responsible for online orders was gone, but he would call on the following Monday and have it sent to Spokane. That was 2 weeks ago. While waiting, I received an email telling me that if I didn't pick up my order, it would be returned to stock. Today, I called the Bend OR store. I spoke with a very nice lady named Rose, who told me that my order was there and that no one had called to have it sent to Spokane. It was a lousy 20 dollar order! I cancelled the order and asked for money back. Let's see how long that takes. DO NOT SHOP AT OR ORDER FROM THE NORTH SPOKANE SPORTSMAN'S WAREHOUSE! Their service SUCKS A$$!!! read more
