No big deal…read morebut the cashier seriously just shrugged her shoulders and said "I don't know" and continued with the transaction. No regard for customer service whatsoever. A simple apology goes a long way and why would you not make a change to the tag? The store was completely dead and the cashier was distracted on her personal electronic device. It's no wonder people shop online now days. I went to the shelf again after the transaction was complete and the cashier yells across the store, "hey can you bring me that tag? " what a joke, I took the photo and walked out. I have had way too many poor experiences with this store from waiting on repairs for 1 year to employees breaking my new shotgun as I was picking it up. Good luck Sportsman's!

When the car arrived, it had missing parts, dents, scratches, a bent suspension, and what looked like an old seat. I tried contacting the store and left a voicemail with my information, but no one called me back. A week later, I finally reached the same salesman who took my online order. I explained all the damages and missing parts, and the next day he called me back offering to send the missing parts and give me a $20 credit for the dents and damages--which isn't even close to what it would cost to get a proper paint job. It feels like they just expect me to spray-paint it myself. Then, they sent me an invoice for the refund, but it doesn't show the full amount I originally paid. At this point, the whole process with them feels really fishy.

The fly fishing I do is rivers, not lakes, so didn't know what I needed or where to start. I talked with a very nice man named Bo. He was super helpful, explained what I needed to bring, the weight of the rod, the sinking weight of the line & the technique for sinking flies in big lakes. I ask for some flies and he mailed me a very nice box filled with wet flies & some sinking leaders. So.... went fishing & OMG!!!! you would not believe the fish we caught using the flies Bo sent us. The same lady who told us ALL hats were buy 1 get 1 50% off told me "The hat you chose isn't apart of the deal 50% off because it's new and there's only selected hats out there that are actually 50% off " OK well why didn't you tell us this when you came up to us and asked us if we needed any help maybe not tell us that all the hats are buy 1 get 1 50% off and instead tell us which select hats are?! Also tried telling me I couldn't return Footlocker to them despite being told @Footlocker I could. Everyone is rude and not trained at all. They have literally no clue what their telling their customers until they take your money and realize they f***** up but act as if I should know the secret hats they have going for the sale.
