The service was really bad one night and just OK on the other night. I'm assuming they source a lot of employees through the local college so maybe there was a chance I was unlucky with getting someone new, but that indicates a management problem. since I had different servers on different days and neither was adequate, that would be the only reason I would think twice about returning.
