The steak was delightful, and although slightly overcooked, it was still a very good steak. The Green beans were fresh and firm and cooked perfectly, and were a great accompaniment to the steak. As we were leaving, a couple at another table had just gotten their food and had the same problem-- they needed utensils and napkins. This isn't the first time we've experienced very slow service at Patrick's Pub. I don't know what the issue is, but I'm sorry to say I probably won't ever go back to Patrick's for a meal.
