Stopped here today to get a large Cinco Shake after reading a friend's review for another Spot location. It had caramel and espresso. It was so delicious. I also bought an Oreo brownie. It was good but a bit much. It was around $11.00 for both items. Great customer service too!!! (The last two photos are from today's visit.)

I am so glad that they opened a Spot Coffee in my neighborhood. This is a great alternative to going to a Tim Hortons. This Spot is located in the newly built West Seneca Library and Recreation center and it's not a "full menu" Spot, it's an express. The menu consists of the usual coffee selections, along with Spots own beverages. Food wise, they offer a variety of wraps, paninis, sandwiches, pastries, bagels and cakes. I love coming here with my daughter after a trip to the library or a quick bite to eat, as we did today. The service is friendly, although not quick but they usually only have 2 people working when I've been there and it was mid day on a Saturday, so it was busy and I can't fault them for that. My bagel was good and the coffee was hot. That's all I ask. So all in all I will definitely keep coming back here.

We ordered nachos, but the chicken was unappetizing and had a grayish hue. We could not eat it and ended up with stomach aches. I also ordered a roast beef sandwich, but I felt off from the nachos and decided to box it up. The next day when I went to take a bite, I noticed what looked like blood on the sandwich. I reached out via email and Instagram but never received a response. I'm very upset and won't be returning. The atmosphere was fine and there was a ton of people in there, but I would never eat there again unfortunately.
