Professional sanding gets dust everywhere and I was not feeling that in a house where it would linger- get into my furnace etc..My house was pretty empty in these rooms and I was getting new furniture. I had measured all my rooms so I had a good handle on what he needed to know. He gave me a phone quote, set up the appointment the exact day I needed it. He arrives with a coworker promptly on time and went on to walk the rooms with me; explaining the process. He had a tablet that showed me the quote and work price which was as agreed and we signed there and he emailed me my quote right there. Very impressive. He said if anything changed he would call me as I was home that day. The work is fairly quiet, he updated me once they had the floors stripped. There was no strong odor. He pointed how much improved many areas were that were damaged. I was so pleased. He let me know how much more time they had and the final steps . When they were ready to put in the final coat he called me to let me know they would back their way out and it would take 30 minutes to dry; not to put furniture back for 24 hours. The floors were stunning, practically flawless and so dry in 30 minutes. I am so happy and saved a boatload of money. 3 rooms $802. Just do it- so worth it. They even helped me bring in my new wool rugs that were way too heavy for m to lift. Love you guys!

Started well, ended with being ghosted…read more I hired Correa Custom Coatings to fix a crack. Joe came out on May 30th and did the repair -- looked great at first. By mid-June, the same crack came back, so I called him and he came out again on July 8th to fix it, saying that if this fix didn't hold, he'd do a permanent "patch" to take care of it for good. The crack was back by July 9th. I contacted him again, and he scheduled a visit for July 20th -- but never showed up. I made every effort to get this resolved, reaching out multiple times by both text and voicemail. I made a bold effort to pay extra too -- I never expected the third fix to be free and said so clearly in my messages. I just wanted the crack permanently fixed, and was willing to pay for it. Despite all that, I got no response at all. It's been over a month with nothing. I really wanted to like this company -- Joe seemed professional, the work looked solid initially, and he did come back the first time without hassle. But ultimately being ghosted after being told he'd make it right, even when I offered to pay, is a dealbreaker. Can't recommend based on how this ended.

They arrived promptly at 8:30 AM, and communicated their plans thoughtfully. I thought for sure they would have to come back on a different day to complete the job-- but indeed they underpromised and overdelivered. They did an exceptional job taking care of our home. They protected wall corners and the bar to avoid damage. No seams can be visible anywhere! They left the place in immaculate condition. Very professional and went above and beyond to ensure we were happy with the job. Special thanks to Autumn, the sales rep who advised us on the carpet choices and pricing options. She was knowledgeable and responsive throughout the entire process. Also, kudos to Mark, the scheduler, who was knowledgeable, professional, and so easy to work with. The quality of their work and their professionalism exceeded all expectations. We had a guy come out for an estimate from this company for a kitchen backsplash. Chased after them…read morefor 2 weeks to get the price. At the time, he said they were out about 2-3 weeks for installation. We agreed and the lady who schedules said the guy doesn't know about the schedule and that they were 6 weeks out. I agreed to that and asked her for a specific start date and she told me that she was going to redo the schedule over the weekend and would get back to me. She didn't so I chased her down again and now she quoted me 14 weeks! Yes, she added 2 MONTHS onto her original quote. I guess she didn't know anything about the schedule, either. So we waited around for them for 14 weeks (to be clear, you couldn't find installers at this time or else we would have gotten someone else). Anyway, the start date was June 27th. It is now September 27th and we have yet to hear from these people. No call, no show, no contact whatsoever. Unbelievably unprofessional. Save yourself 4 months and get someone else. These people are hacks.
