Michael Ray is very unprofessional and unreliable!I Michael Ray will say or text one thing but doesn't follow through on anything in a timely manner! I even caught him and one of his workers vaping in their vehicle upon arrival one day and a neighbor witnessed both Michael Ray & co-worker vaping on my property while working on my home. Michael assured me the Repairs estimated would take only 5-7 days. *Ultimately it took Michael Ray 14 days . Michael Ray would show up to job site between 11am-1pm work 90 -120 minutes then take a two hour lunch come back and leave job site by 5:30pm and that is on the days he did show up! Communication was minimal. *Unless he wanted something I would not recommend this company or Michael Ray for home repair! one particular evening, I was-bombarded at 8:45PM just so he could tell me he had completed repairs earlier that day while I was still at work and he want to show me his finished work in the dark. Then demanded to be paid in cash or Venmo right then & there. I expressed banks are not open this late at night. Please don't bombard me this late 8:45 pm. I stated this is not the proper way to conduct business and this is very unprofessional and then I had to threaten I would call the police if he didn't leave my property! He refused as his temper got even more aggressive & and intimidating! Michael Ray refused to leave my porch until he got payed Cash or some type of Cash App! Then Michael Ray tried blocking me from entering my home with his body! I then threatened to call the police if he did not leave my porch . Thank God, I was able to shut my front door on him only after I told him I would get a cashiers check from the bank during business hours on my next scheduled day off.
