I am not sure it had ever been cleaned since it rolled off the lot. It had stains all over the cloth seats, stains on the ceiling, and the plastic had been sitting in the sun and caked with grime. We got a quote from Ryan and he were very competitive with their rates. He really takes pride in detailing and had different strategies for dealing with different stains. He used his steamer and extractor on the seats and plastic. All I can say is wow, I can't believe how he got all the stains out and completely rejuvenated the plastic and interior. I should have taken before and after photos. The car looks brand new inside and I think it added $2000 in value if I went to resell it in this condition vs what I purchased it. I didn't even expect the plastic to look like it does now, and I was sure some stains wouldn't be able to come out. I was flabbergasted. They were the number one company with 5 star reviews in the area, so I had to go with them. I gave them a call and, luckily, they had openings toward the end of the week. I signed up for their most popular package, which was a full interior and exterior detail complete with ceramic coat. The price was very reasonable! I didn't even realize that they were a mobile detail service until Elisiah explained it to me over the phone. Even better! Friday rolled around and the weather looked like it might pour. Thankfully, Elisiah came prepared with a tent in case there was a downpour. Elisiah and his buddy showed up promptly at 9am and worked their tails off all day, all while I sat in the comfort of my home. After a few hours, they called me out to check out their work. They did such an amazing job! They made it look brand new! I was extremely pleased with their meticulous attention to detail. In fact, their work caught the eye of my neighbor across the street and he decided to book a session with them too! What surprised me the most was how young they were. The detailing package that I needed was perfect for the used car that I had just acquired, which covered both the interior cabin area and exterior. A great value indeed. Had I not gone behind and cleaned after picking up from them the vehicle would have failed inspection to be shipped. But that's not the worst part. When we went to pay the owner tried to charge double the price showing a fake pricing chart that is not what is on the website. Luckily my wife pulled up the chart directly from their website. Once they were proven wrong the owner got upset and still charged us incorrectly. I do not recommend this place if you are trying to ship your vehicle for a PCS move.
