When I came to pick up my car the detailer indicated that he walked into the gas cap cover on my car and broke it off. The owner indicated that they could order a replacement the next week. They made sure they collected the total amount for the detailing, even though they damaged my car in the process. After waiting to be contacted and never hearing back I called several times and got the run around. Finally, after several weeks they said that the owner had just ordered the gas cap cover. When it came in, they said they needed to paint it and they would call me. Sometime later they made an appointment for me to come in and have the cover replaced. The person working that day had no idea I was coming in, had to look for the cover, and try to replace it. The paint job was rough and unprofessional, and the cover was too big to fit my car! After complaining again, the owner said I could have it fixed myself and he would reimburse me. I had to order the part from Korea, which was easy, but evidently not for the Like New Detailing Staff! When it came in, I had it professionally painted and installed. I sent my receipts in for reimbursement, and after several weeks of not receiving the check, I called. They said the check had been mailed. I waited awhile longer and still no check. I don't think they ever prepared and mailed it. I called again. They said I could come to the shop on a Saturday in June and pick up a check. When I arrived, the girl in the office had no idea I was coming to pick up a check and struggled to find my information, although they claim a check was previously issued and mailed. I was finally issued the check after waiting for her to figure it out. This was the second time they made an appointment with me, and when I showed up, they had no idea I was coming or why I was there. It took over six months to get this resolved because of their incompetence and lack of caring. I think they just hoped I would forget about it and go away! Please don't waste your money here!

I chose to do a full car vinyl wrap due to the age of my vehicle and that I did not have a budget for a full paint job (costs for a full paint job from body shops on island ranged $4-7k) He's very responsive in a timely manner. Communication was very smooth and we were able to proceed with my drop off and pickup within a month. I also had a budget which we were able to negotiate on and settled for an amazing price. He answers all questions informatively and professionally. I had a comfortable experience as a woman. He sent me updates during the process because I was very curious as to what it looked like during the whole prep as well. The overall finish was incredible. The car looks brand new. The care for the car seems tedious but I wouldn't trade anything for it since it allows me to check my car for any changes every week (recommended to wash weekly with a vinyl safe shampoo). Just a heads up, you will lose any emblems on the trunk due to the process of the wrapping done there but that's part of the contract. Overall, I am very satisfied with my purchase and am so glad I went with Kainalu. Such flawless work and within my budget. Definitely recommend!
