What is hard is there is about 8 vacuum stalls during peak hours. Customers either wiping down their cars with the free complimary cloth while waiting for those stalls to open up. The business limit vacuum use for 10 mins so can free up the stalls. You can purchase their microfiber cloth but I bring my Costco microfiber cloth to use. I like the Kapolei location as there are more vacuum/wipe stations available here due to being a bigger location. I'm glad that I have Waipio location which is closer to where I live. The cost for service is $20.94. Card payment only, do not think they accept cash but ask. They have membership option as well. I prefer to wash my car at least once a month if can.

I figured I'd give it a try since it seemed to be cheaper than the larger car washes available nearby (from my limited research). I've been to the Mister Car Washes on the mainland and this seemed to mirror the same style. Pick your wash, an attendant scrubs your car, go through the wash, get a wipe down, and vacuum your car. I picked the same price point the Mister car wash for $7. The basic wash here is $10 (given Hawai'i's typical price increase over the mainland).1 Unfortunately, it didn't seem like I got a good value for the $10 I paid. The attendants didn't do a thorough when the scrubbed the car initially. Then, I don't recall going through a "foam bath". I remember going through and being confused where the "foam bath" was. There's only 2 machines that wash your car. I was pretty disappointed and wished it was better. I wanted it to be better. Unfortunately, I won't ever be coming back here.

Great location (just a few blocks from McKinleys) on Ward, on the side street across Ward from the Patagonia store. The lot is small, only fits 4 or 5 cars in driveway - but I've never had to wait more than 5 minutes to get started. (I used the time to gather up all my junk so they could thoroughly clean the interior). Service absolutely is fantastic. You drive yourself into the washing bay under the direction of the service guy. Then you back out and park under the sunshades so the team can hand dry the exterior and all door jams, AND then thoroughly vacuum out the interior. They ask you to step out at sit at provided table (under shade) or pay for service while they're doing all that. There's a service charge for using credit card that is waived if you pay cash. (SUV $29+tax) A tip box is provided on the wall - fill that baby up because these folks are so deserving! Bottom line - excellent service, location, price, and so quick and easy!
