My SUV always looks like it just came off of the showroom floor! My only issue is with the cost, it is pretty pricey so I'm only able to have them do my SUV once a month while the other three weeks I take it to their direct competition in town. So Uncle asks if keys are in car... yes, in the console. So when done, we get in the car and drive to the mall in Waipio for lunch. I turn off car and go to get my keys from the console... they are not there. I panicked... good thing the wife had her keys. Went there yesterday around 4:40 pm. Paid for the premium plus interior and had the worst service ever. I watched 3 car after me get service and leave, as 2 workers sit in me truck wasting my gas enjoying the A/C. My truck got air dried with water spots. I left my car parked on my road this weekend and it got a handful of bird poops on the hood. Knowing I had a busy week ahead and probably couldn't take care of it myself, I drove out of my way to come here on my way home from work. I come here already knowing it's pricey, but I expect what I pay for and wanted a good wash. What a mistake that was. I paid $55 plus tip and it's like they barely skimmed over the mess. Noticed it when I got home, grabbed a rag, and it took me approximately 60 seconds to get it off myself, so it obviously wasn't hard to do and I'm not sure what I even paid them for. I usually wash the car myself but came to Costco and didn't realize it didn't open until 10. I decided to use the autoplex car wash to kill time.. Never came here before and will never come again. The prices are crazy, I figure I should get kind of a middle priced one so I got the premium express cost 43 plus tax.. in the beginning they half ass spray your car then you go thru the typical car wash and blow dryer.. there are employees that wipe down your car. There was a male and an elderly female. They did a fast 1-2 min wipe down and the tire dressing was another thing they squirt it on a brush and half ass dress your tires.. Lesson learned if you want something done right have to do it yourself. Maybe just go down the road to the other drive thru and get the same results for 20 dollars cheaper. 1 and done never again. read more

I bought the 70$ package deal thinking they would clean. They did the bare minimum. Big girl at the ticket booth was a bit rude for no reason. Carwash did what a carwash should. The people who handled my car only vacuumed, no wipe of the interior or in-between the car doors, and they didn't clean the rims. They only applied the gloss. I'm probably just gonna go the to the other car wash down the road. $20 and you vacuum and wipe at your own convince. Better than what I got and I could save more money. I had a coupon from Tony Honda for a Wiki Wiki car wash but decided to upgrade to the Ultra Full Service and paid the difference. They do get busy so there may be a wait but the guys here work fast and well. Been here many times over the last few years and never had a problem. Personally I always do the Full Service because I like that they service the vehicles under a roof to keep it cool. Sat outside for only 5-7 minutes before they finished however they do have a store if you're hungry, thirsty, etc. Keep in mind their vacuum included in Full Service is a quick vacuum not a deep clean so if you're hoping for a spotless deep clean you can schedule for a detail with them too. 10/10 Will definitely be back again. read more

I have been coming here for YEARS Came in at 5pm because of the $12 off June special my husband paid and naturally asked for the military discount so they did that which was $6 logically you would let them know which one is cheaper so after letting him know he had to rerun the card and fix the issue . Got to the actual wash which was typical . When I pulled out they're supposed to dry the car immediately to avoid water spots. Someone in the express lane came and they let him go in front of me and my car sat until almost dry I opened my car door and asked if someone could dry it to where two men walked up and started to help . Needless to say you can tell it air dried . The inside was fine but they use to wipe the interior down . I usually come here monthly but that will change as of yesterday. I paid $68 for a Platinum Full Service and was left with dust all over my dash still(I didn't notice until I drove away, about a mile out). I told one of the workers don't forget to vacuum the trunk as it is only done upon request as stated on the signs. As they called me to tell me my car was done, I asked did you folks do the trunk & luckily I asked because it was not done but he ended up doing it, I appreciate that. Rims where not cleaned nor wiped good as I could still see dirt marks that I ended up wiping myself. I know that the car wash services is not a full detail but I mean, this is not right. Tried it out but won't be returning nor recommending. Thought this was a touch-less wash but I was wrong. I paid $26 for the ultra exterior wash. On a quick glance, the wash didn't remove dirt or grime from my car at all. Stains were left and a quarter sized scratch appeared. The wash itself was extremely quick and not very thorough. In fact, the whole process was rather confusing and the guys drying my car rubbed oil from god knows what all over my hood. Very slow for a quick drive thru car wash. I got in line at 11:10a on a Tuesday and did not finish exit till 11:45a. Over 30 mins for just an exterior wash! The cashier wasn't exceptional but did give clear directions that I was to wait till a car from the dealership went ahead. You could buy the the package that included the car wash and also an interior vacuum and wipe down for ~$40. Several members of their team tackled the interior vacuum & wipe together. If you need a thorough wipe down, make an appointment and get a detail instead. This is just a superficial wipe down, and there were lots of spots that were missed even though so many people were working on the vehicle together. If your car isn't that dirty and you need a quick clean up, the basic package for $40 is not a bad deal. read more

Need a carwash & hoping it won't rain the next day? This place is my go-to for getting my car clean inside & out. Located right across alittle to the right of Costco Gas station and next to the Tony Autoplex & Kaiser Waipio Clinic. There are days where it gets super busy & the line exceed almost to the Kaiser entrance. Wait time isn't bad tho, they try to be consistent about getting the cars in and out in a timely fashion. The prices has been going up yearly, but I still consIder coming here for a wash than the other carwash a few blocks away. Make sure you take off your antenna, bc they will not remind you if you don't lol! If you have bird's poop or something and you want staff to take out, you need to ask upon request to spray down your car before going into the carwash. After that depending if your getting it clean inside, they will assign you to a lane. If not they wipe down your car and take off the tape. & off you go! read more

We borrowed my aunt's spare car for vacation after another group of vacationers had used it. Came by to get their van cleaned before returning it. We had sand everywhere including in the trunk, there was a build up of dust on the dash, the tires were so dirty and red from the dirt, we decided to get the ultimate with the vacuum and requested for a trunk vacuum as well. They staff was friendly, service was fast, and they did good at wiping down the years of use on the interior of the van. They didn't remove the mats but I wasn't sure if that comes with the service. read more

My trunk was not vacuumed, my small side window was still as dirty as before I had it washed. The entire right side of my car still looks very dirty. My windshield is so smeared, I can barely see through it when the sun shines on it. I am so disappointed by this service I received. I even put $5 in the tip jar which I regret now. They will vacuum every bit of your trunk space, wheel well, and even your floor mats. Want your wheels to shine? They will do that too for you. Detailing is by appointment. Full disclosure, I have never had my car detailed here. However, there is a steady stream of cars that are actively being detailed. When these folks are working, they work!
