It may not be the most cost-effective cleaners but they certainly get the job done so I can't complain about prices. I've had other garments cleaned here and I've also had some clothes tailored. I'm equally satisfied with all of their services. I'm often greeted with a smile and a friendly welcome; their parking lot has plenty of space and I'm always quickly in and out whether dropping off or picking up. I asked if maybe one or two of the bags could be for today and she said no since she already began weighing all the bags together. I went back later that day in the afternoon to drop off some more bags and was happily surprised to see my order was fully done and ready for pickup. Unfortunately, the attendant said she could not release them to me since I had only paid for next day service. Even though I thought that was ridiculous, I said "No problem, I'll just pay the increased rate for same day service so I can take my clothing now." The attendant said that since I didn't pay the same day rate when I dropped it off it couldn't be changed now and I'd have to come back tomorrow. I asked for a manager. The attendant claims she called management but there was nothing they could do. Last time I'll use this business.

They have a great pick up and drop off system for most items (not long gowns) where you can actually drop things in a box outside of their store opening hours and pick up at your convenience too from an automated kiosk machine. I was very impressed by the technology and their attention to detail.
