Linda's brother also works very hard for the business. Their mom is the seamstress and has done many alterations and mendings for my family's clothes. In the summer she'll store our winter coats, if I ask. She keeps my Hemes and Faragamo scarves pristine. This is a cleaner's shop with heart and integrity. I highly recommend them!!!!

Even though I thought that was ridiculous, I said "No problem, I'll just pay the increased rate for same day service so I can take my clothing now." The attendant said that since I didn't pay the same day rate when I dropped it off it couldn't be changed now and I'd have to come back tomorrow. I asked for a manager. They have a great pick up and drop off system for most items (not long gowns) where you can actually drop things in a box outside of their store opening hours and pick up at your convenience too from an automated kiosk machine. I was very impressed by the technology and their attention to detail.

An honest merchant would have prices posted and changes noted. Then when a cotton nightgown needed to be hemmed by 10 inches, it was shortened by only 1inch. When I returned with the gown, the owner was surly and impolite and grudgingly corrected the work. There was no apology. It's apparent the owner no longer cares that the customer receives accurate, polite and honestly priced work.
