Other great things about them is that they are all very pleasant (4 ladies cleaned); and they got our entire 3 bedroom, 3 bath house completed in less than 75 minutes. Ryder was responsive to my initial inquiry for a price quote. We scheduled our cleaning a few weeks later and Leiloni was our cleaner. Everything was dusted and wiped down nicely. This was the single worse cleaning services I have ever worked with. Not only they scheduled me twice in the same week but no one at all showed up for the actual cleaning. I had a big company and had to pay $400 to another cleaning service to clean my house in the same day. Worse part is that the company is managed by a guy called Ryder who is trying to help you reschedule things but even then no one shows up or follows the day you actually need them . I'm sad to say my experience was really negative. I had high hopes I'd found a great cleaning company after booking and communicating what I needed. However, on the day of the appointment they were an hour and a half late. I reached out after ten minutes past our appointment time and was told the crew was running a little behind and would be there soon. Needless to say, I had to continue to check status of arrival and got false hope after false hope. The quote was for a 3 hour clean but I was notified after an hour they were done. Upon inspection, items were missed and the kitchen had to be redone. They did an ok job. I paid and even tipped still. Absolutely UNBELIEVABLE POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I had a deep clean/move out scheduled and made one reschedule on my end. I was called less than 30 minutes before show up time and the maids were asking to reschedule 4 days later. Couldn't do it, so we discussed it and decided that they would show up next day at noon. No one showed up at 12:00. At 12:15 I text messages the owner, Ryder, who did not text me back. At 12:35pm, I called him directly and he said he would contact his maids and let me know when they would be here at the house. Never got a call back from him and now his phone goes straight to voicemail. 1.5 hours later and no response from the owner. WOW. Unreliable and unprofessional. When a customer counts on a deep clean/move out cleaning, time is of the essence and this company is completely disrespectful of a persons time. If they can't be trusted to manage your appointment in a professional manner, I would not trust them in my home. I had talked to a man named Ryder over the phone. agreed upon a price and booked an appointment for a deep clean, that would be followed by biweekly cleaning services. Unfortunately on the day of the scheduled clean, no one showed or called. I sent a text message to Ryder and no reply. I called and left a voice message and no replied. They were able to accommodate a last minute cleaning and were very easy to communicate with. Ladies showed up on time and went right to work. We had an errand to run and I asked them to start upstairs so when we got back, my kids could nap. When we got back they were done with upstairs and well on their way through the downstairs. My daughter loved how they organized her "loveys" and how they made her bed. She thanked them and they were very communicative with her which I always enjoy. They texted advising they wouldn't be there until 2pm. 4pm comes around and they arrive not knowing it was a deep cleaning and they couldn't do it in 2 hours. So no services were provided. We had this service done yesterday, and we are more than pleased! I am expecting a newborn baby any day now, and it has been extremely hard for me to keep up with working 12hr shifts as an ICU nurse and the housecleaning. They scheduled us for a deep clean within a week of me reaching out, and two wonderful women came right on time. They were very thorough in our cleaning, under furniture, spotless shower doors, in appliances, and our bathtub was scrubbed to a sparkling shine. They were very respectful while my husband worked from home during the cleaning as well and kept communication with him when necessary. Our house looks and feels so clean, and I feel confident in bringing a newborn home now. I almost feel bad living here- it's so clean. We scheduled a move out cleaning because we were selling our home. The house was completely empty for the cleaning crew so that did not have to move anything or go around anything to do a thorough cleaning. 4 girls arrived, however, only 1 of them (Lucy) understood anything I was saying and she was the only one speaking to us. They did not bring a vacuum to use so they took it upon themselves to retrieve our old vacuum out of the "trash pile" in our garage and attempt to use it. I entered my home as one lady was trying to vacuum the master bedroom. What a nightmare! The vacuum only picked up 20% of the debris and left behind awful wheel marks in our carpet. When confronted about the vacuum Lucy told me that their vacuum broke and did not have another with them. I immediately contacted the owner of Spotless Cleaners and in 30 minutes he brought them a functioning vacuum. The areas completely missed or not fully cleaned were the vacuuming of master walk in closet, the master bedroom interior window, the front of the microwave, and in the oven. These were all items I had initially asked to be cleaned when I requested a quote. It was a very disappointing and stressful process. read more
