I was able to use them twice in the past few months once for a move out cleaning before I listed my condo and then for a standard clean the day before closing. The following day at closing the new owners asked if I had hired a service to clean the condo or was I an ocd cleaner because they were throughly impressed with how clean the condo was left. I laughed at their comments as I am not the best housekeeper and shared I had used hotshot pro cleaning services that they were responsible for the sparkle. The new owners asked for the company's information as they want to continue using this services for the condo but also for their family home in Clarkston, MI. If you have never had your house cleaned before or are worried it will be weird being at home while they are present don't. Marc & Sam made me feel comfortable with being home at the time of service, I never felt judged or ashamed despite my white carpet looking like I had just released a confetti canyon. Prior to their departure I asked them if they could use any of the food on the counter for themselves as I had absolutely no room in my car to take it with me. Instead of saying no or taking all the items for themselves they suggested I donate the items to a local food bank. To my surprise Marc & Sam offered to take any of the items I wanted to donate to a food pantry/community center in Pontiac. I was unfamiliar with the specific organization as I tend to donate to the same places every time. Marc told me more about the organization and what services they offer to the community along with where it was located in the area. It was absolutely heartwarming to see their passion for service, the community, and for the greater good.
