Their knowledge, experience and team work made me and my wife enjoy every moment of communication with them. The day of the wedding the stress relief Danny and his team took off my shoulders was amazing and will be forever grateful. He and his staff constantly checked in to see if we needed anything and made sure everything was moving smoothly as scheduled. If Danny, Addie, Brianna, and their newest member Bri are a representation of Noah's then the they are by far the most professional Venue chain in the market across the US. The buffet was hot and tasty, the bartenders for the host bar were friendly and speedy, and the AV worked well for the speeches and videos. We were allowed to bring in our own decorations and cake, too. There was lots of parking. There were multiple events being held in different rooms simultaneously, and everything went smoothly for our group.

Their menu includes a benny with fried green tomatoes (!!!!) and a sriracha hollandaise. Both my mother-in-law and I ordered it. In place of the home-fried potatoes I got fresh fruit (and ended up with the potatoes anyway, and they were outstanding), and we both opted for regular hollandaise. It. Was. Incredible. It's hard enough to find legitimate fried green tomatoes anywhere north of VA to begin with - but on eggs benny? To die for. They even asked for our music preferences and managed to select the perfect playlist that we all enjoyed.  They were super attentive to our group of 7 and the other people attending the workshop.  We all had so much fun, that we set a private workshop for next month to make more creations with them.  If you're thinking of attending a workshop here, absolutely do so. It's BYOB and you can bring in snacks as well to enjoy during your workshop.

My son ordered a burger with just cheese, but it arrived with hollandaise sauce on it. By the time he got his burger, everyone had finished their meals. I feel a more efficient way to order a burger is to build your own, where you select the add ons: cheese, bacon, onion, Canadian bacon, tomato etc. If you have to charge more for a certain add on, then do so. The mimosas & the billinis were good & everyone enjoyed their entrees. It did seem as though we waited a long time for our entrees & the restaurant was not crowded at all, on a Saturday morning. Everyone enjoyed themselves so I assume we would all gladly return. The fake wisteria hanging up on the way in, seemed rather silly. Wisteria seldom blooms, LOL, so that was a dead giveaway.

The wedding itself eventually happened, but everything leading up to it was an absolute nightmare. Our bridal suite was supposed to be ready at 1:30 p.m., but I had requested numerous times that it be ready earlier because all of our suitcases and belongings were everywhere and we needed the room to get ready. Instead, we were repeatedly told the rooms were being cleaned, only to later find out that wasn't actually the case and that there were staffing issues. I spent my wedding morning running around trying to fix problems instead of enjoying getting ready with my family and bridal party. My maid of honor and junior bridesmaid were never given their bouquets and had to walk down the aisle without them. My dogs were also supposed to be brought to the side after the ceremony so I could take pictures with them. This was communicated multiple times beforehand and directly to the wedding coordinator that day. It never happened. My dog sitter was apparently told she could leave, and I completely missed out on photographs with my dogs that were extremely important to me. When I complained, the general manager tried to blame my dog sitter and claimed I never communicated the request. Completely unacceptable. The wedding coordinator was another major disappointment. Guests weren't properly informed when dessert was available, I wasn't kept informed about our bar tab, and I found myself dealing with details that I paid the venue to handle. What is almost worse than everything that happened is how management handled my complaints afterward. Instead of taking accountability, I received excuses and finger-pointing. It felt like the priority was defending their employees rather than acknowledging what happened to the customer who paid for the wedding. Things can go wrong at a wedding. That's life. But when multiple things go wrong and the response afterward is to deny, deflect, and blame someone else, that's a serious problem. I should have been enjoying one of the most important days of my life. Instead, I was stressed, running around, and dealing with problems that should never have been mine to handle. For the amount of money we spent, I expected far more professionalism, communication, and accountability.

I picked up so many unique goodies, from beautiful jewelry and homemade bags to kitchenware, perfumes, fudge and jams. There was something for everyone's taste and style. The food trucks offering pizza, baked goods, and fudge counter added a delicious touch to the day. It was such a beautiful day to enjoy the outdoor booths & tents, including several venders inside. Just a heads-up- the vendors are only there until 3 PM! The center has two separate ballrooms with a beautiful entrance, providing plenty of inside space to walk around comfortably. It's a great place to explore all the vendors at your own pace and enjoy the day shopping for wonderful, handcrafted gifts. The spacious setup makes it easy to browse and relax, whether you're inside or outside. I can't wait to come back for another event.

The lounge stayed equipped with snacks 24/7. Breakfast was available from 7am. The pictures I looked at showed a jacuzzi, so I was expecting one but all they had was a pool. Pool is spacious and heated. The gym area was quick spacious with number treadmills, bikes, and elipicals available for use. The parking lot was $15 and on the cheaper side for Hilton parking prices which allowed in/out access.

I will never give a hotel 5 stars if the quality of sleep isn't there. But everything else was great!
